A kind friend had given us a Steak, Ribs or Chicken voucher for Christmas. The voucher wasn't entirely clear what was included but our waitress pointed us in the right direction. My 10oz sirloin steak was cooked medium rare as requested. The experience wasn't quite as good as expected because there was an ounce or two of gristle which went... More

I used to love visiting here but it has honestly gone down hill! 3 visits in the last 6 months and all were awful so it's surely not a one off. If I ever HAVE TO visit again the only thing I would touch is the salad bar. Place has supposedly had a refurb but it's in desperate need of... More

Meal at the harvester, usual harvester food and to quite a good quality. Only downside was a burnt bun for the burger but didn't fancy waiting to have to send it back to be replaced. Ice machine broken again bough for the self serve drinks however on this occasion they'd put an ice bucket next to it (much better than... More

After reading the reviews we were a bit wary about coming here but after a 3 hour train journey with 2 small children, we needed food and quickly. It's right next door to the premier inn which we were staying in. On arrival we were seated quickly and given a high chair, our drinks and food orders were also taken... More

Handling food literally comes into its own here cross contamination after copious sweaty brow mops without washing or even wiping hands placing food on the plates with hands. My meal looked dull on the plate when it arrived dried by sitting at the... More
