5 of us came this evening for our daughter’s birthday . We got sat at the wrong table by the waiting staff which was an honest mistake but they squeezed us onto a table which only comfortably sat 4 , right by the bar &...amongst all of the restaurant traffic . I raised my concerns & the surly waitress said there was nothing she could do . When I pointed out there was a more comfortable table on the other side of the restaurant which would be more suitable for 5 it was portrayed that it was a big issue to move which was a little frustrating but finally we were moved to a much more comfortable & sensible sized table for our party size . Took a while to take our food order but it arrived quickly . The food was delicious & presented nicely , although my main could have been warmer had it been served on a warm / hot plate . Drinks service was a little slow. Daughter enjoyed it for her birthday but I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. Price reasonable . Was okay .More

Booked two separate tables for early bird session on a Saturday night, one for my daughter and her friends and the other for us mums, thinking she would appreciate some independence/distance for her 13th birthday! As is often the case with teenagers and their parents...there was a disconnect and she wanted the exact opposite! After explaining to the manager (?) he quickly resolved the issue by merging two smaller tables nearby to create the seating required. The customary ‘Happy Birthday’ music and message on cake plate went down better with me than with my daughter (she hates a fuss!) but these are just two more examples of this restaurant’s high standards of customer service and attention to detail. Food always delicious and it always feels like a special occasion at La Casa Loco, this is why we go back to them again and again as a safe pair of hands for almost any celebration (although possibly not the most romantic of venues) they deal with large parties with ease….and the cocktails are pretty fabulous too!More

Treated my Mum to a night out , this was her first time at La Casa Loco and she really enjoyed the whole experience. You get a warm welcome from all the staff , we found them to be very attentive but not in your...face. We had three courses , which were all served quickly. Food is well presented & all tasted delicious. The mocktails were also delicious. Love the atmosphere here & decor is fab.More

There's nowhere else quite like La Casa Loco anywhere near Rugby, and this is why it's been so enduringly popular for over a quarter of a century. Great atmosphere, friendly team, excellent food and drinks, and good value to boot. You will not be disappointed!

Only tapas tables available but still so accommodating and welcoming. Food was great, we shared tacos and both had prawn dishes, pilpil and tequila. Fantastic and so tasty, only let down was the garlic, Parmesan fries, they were not the best.

We went as a group of friends and had a brilliant time . The staff are just lovely along with the owner and the service is so good and well managed . We had food from the tapas menu which with the pricing meant we...could just order what we wanted without worrying about a huge bill . The food was just lovely and arrived as we were finishing our first cocktail . Despite being a Thursday the place was busy and had a great atmosphere. The drinks we had were perfect and presented in stunning glasses . A wonderful evening was had by the three of us and it was nice to catch up with the owner and share a few memories we had. So nice to see this place busy and the service and food as good if not better than ever . Already planning a return visit .More

We had a really good meal here. BBQ hot wings (although not that spicy), Jambalaya and the Fajitas were all really good. Service was quick and friendly as well

We went for our daughter’s 19th birthday this week. What a fantastic evening! Our waiter, Smart, had decorated the table and even put balloons and a sash on the chair! The service was friendly and attentive and the food was fantastic! I recommend the beef...chimichanga!More

Brilliant. I booked online with 3 choices of table / menu arrangement and we had the early bird pit stop. It was just what I was looking for a quick bite to eat before meeting another group. Quick service, lots of choice, lovely food and...a friendly welcome.More

Although the food was very nice myself and my friends arrived at 8pm and our mains didn’t arrive until 9.40pm! We didn’t even have a starter so we were very hungry! Disappointing on the waiting time.
