Not sure we will be making a 2nd visit. Maybe just bad luck!

Nice atmosphere, got a table without booking, refil soft drinks. Most of the food was nice, and generous portions, however, my husbands TBone steak was ordered Medium, but was so rare it was still Moo’ing. Unfortunately, my husband always leaves his steak till last so by the time we realised (and had already waited 45 mins) decided not to bother saying anything and just ate it! It put the rest of us off our food. Also, the TBone cut of steak is meant to be a cut of sirloin and fillet, There was less than one bit of the filet side, which is the best cut (IMO). £29 for an undercooked steak without the best cut is a bit of a shame. We take responsibility, as we didn’t complain about the steak, but as I said above, we got there at 8pm and the kids were starving and we didn’t get our food till almost 9pm. Not a bad place, but not sure we would go back.

The food here is incredible. The burgers, the chicken, the ribs, everything is freshly cooked to order, cooked to perfection and tastes delicious. We had to wait around an hour for food, but it was okay because it was a lot of food and a busy night. But absolutely incredible and the service was very good too!

My family and I visited t bone this evening for a early dinner with our kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, we had steak which was lovely and chicken, the food was fresh and flavoursome! We may return here again this week!!

My partner and our 2 young children visited for lunch today, we have eaten in T-bone before and really enjoyed ourselves. There are 3 vegetarian burgers on the menu but in spite of that, there is no vegetarian option on the children's menu - which simply lists a "Kids burger" and 3 other meat options. I enquired as to whether my son could have a vegetarian burger in lieu of a meat one for the child's meal, and was told this wasn't possible. This was annoying as we have done this twice in the past. I was then told that I would have to pay the price of an adult meal if I wanted my child to have a vegetarian burger - surely a veggie patty is cheaper than a meat patty? And if it's such an issue to swap it out, why do they not provide a vegetarian option for children? The food was lovely and I shared my veggie burger with my son, the waitress was also very polite. However, I am disappointed by the rigidity of the kitchen and the lack of options on the children's menu, especially as the restaurant claims to be "vegetarian friendly".

Appalling waitress & Chicken the worst I have ever had

Do not order the chicken!! So went to Tbone with a group of work colleagues yesterday, I was running late so one of my colleagues ordered me a 1/2 chicken with chips. To say I was disappointed is an understatement, it arrived at the table and I was surprised that it was a very underweight leg of chicken (had better in the 70's) I had around a mouthful of chicken of this bone so spoke to the waitress to let her know of my disappointment! I explained that half a chicken had been ordered and queried if this is indeed a half a chicken because I would expect to at least have some chicken breast! Anyway she confirmed it was half a chicken and off she went. So when I went to pay I again complained to the young girl serving , low and behold the original waitress then interrupts and states that I had not ordered half I had ordered a quarter, to which my colleague stated that she had ordered a half for me along with her own! The waitress completely blanked what was said and walked off. Cannot believe that she did not even come back to my table to explain this! and just assumed I had been lying!! I paid £8 for this mouthful of chicken and rude service along with a 20% surcharge so £9.60. Would not feed this to my dog. This spoilt a very long awaited time out with work colleagues.

Crunchy texture and old salad!!!?

This was my second time visiting, the first was absolutely amazing which is why I was so very looking forward to this next meal, I came on Friday right as it opened and you’d think that everything was fresh and prepared but no my main dish comes and (Grilled chicken with a side salad and sweet fries) this salad was very disappointing because before evening digging in I could tell by the state of the rocket leaves and lettuce, that the salad had been sitting for about a day already, it was most likely the salad from day before, AND don’t get me started on the tomatoes, absolutely disrespectful the texture had already gone funky (if you know then you know) Moving on to the most upsetting thing that I can’t get past is the chicken… this is an unforgettable flavour, the spices and sauce is indeed unbeatable (in my experience) but todays chicken was weird? I say this confusingly because I’ve never had this happen to me, the chicken was hard and when I dug in with the fork, it was almost crunchy in a way, I had questioned myself—is this even cooked??? It was but the texture was hard and not pleasant when consuming, the best way I could describe this is to raw but it wasn’t, I believe that it was old chicken that has been frozen for some time. Id like to mention that the first time wasn’t like this, and the salad was fresh because you could tell by the crunchiness of the rocket leaves, the chicken also has an even texture but today was very disappointing and it left me puzzled, my trust is gone… I will not be coming there again

Very disappointed. For me, Takeaway service cannot be charging eat in prices unless the food sizes and quality is what you’d expect when eating in a restaurant. £12.95 for a 6oz cold burger not homemade, and about a dozen nachos with a few chef larder sauces squirted into a plastic pot, a few jalapeños is not acceptable. I have just spent close to £60 for what would have cost you guys roughly £9-£10. That to me is a con. I’m all for supporting local companies and I hate McDonald’s but I’ve just spent £60 for the equivalent of 4 happy meals. This is not a quality establishment and I would strongly recommend sticking to McDonald’s

We are sorry you feel the portions are small as all our customers compliment the value for money offered at t-bone. Again if you do have a problem we would always like to hear about it directly so we atleast have the opportunity to rectify issues and leave you happy you have received what you expected

Absolutely full of attitude rude and blunt need to improve their telephone communications kills aswell as manners abrupt impatient rude. Need to sort the delivery problems out charging delivery to address when next door neighbour isn't charged. Own a resteraunt wouldn't have my staff speaking to customers like that on the phone sounds like a rude teenage girl very dissapointed food is expensive for what you get aswel .

Only visiting for two days and wanted something hearty and filling for mid-day meal as I only have a light one in the evenings. Thankfully, this place fitted the bill perfectly. Great meal deal at lunchtime of £7.99 for burger and chips. (There was an option at £9.99 for a burger and a side which was also good value.) I can honestly say it was the best PROPER meat burger I have had in a long time and the extra filling (pulled pork in mine) was also good. Staff friendly and attentive. Thankfully not too crowded on my visit mid-week, (I am not keen on noisy places.) 100% better value for money than the new place across the road who are full on prices of £15 for a burger. Would recommend and also would return any (day) time…

Ordered food on online. Easy process. However, when the food turned up the salad was really warm and the cheese on the burger was solid and not fresh if that makes sense. Like the burger had sat around for a while

Went here last night with my wife, son and daughter, didn't have any of the draught beer on the menu,just carlsberg (girlsberg) My wife had a hot dog and onion rings, she said it was not nice, and you'd get a better one in a burger van 😂🤣 I had the sirloin steak, it arrived very thin almost like frying steak, also overcooked,I'd asked for rare, my daughter had one of the burgers which she said was OK. My son ordered the big t-bone steak, they bought him out the ribs, then said thats what had been ordered,it wasnt! My son had the ribs anyway so we could all eat together, he said that it was nice but he'd of much rather of had a steak. Under normal circumstances I would of certainly complained, but it was my sons treat and I didn't want to upset him.For the prices that they charge I expected a lot better. My wife and myself will not be returning. Go to Mustards around the corner,much much better.😀

I don’t recommend the food especially for the money. Just had a take away tonight for a birthday and wow what a disappointment if I lived close and was not for a birthday I would of brought it all back. I should of known when we called their was so much shouting and kids screaming in the background it was so hard to put an order in and the lady was acting as if she could not understand me was so frustrating. Then the food was just so tasteless so not worth the money definitely would not recommend or be going back. 4 tasteless burgers and small and I mean small chips £48 what a joke. Oh and when we ask and pay for cheesy chips that means cheese go on chips. Not no cheese.

Visited whilst on holiday with the family. Expected a lot more than it ended up being. Staff disinterested and clearly didn't want to be there. One of our dishes was cold, burger was very bland and not seasoned at all well. Wouldn't return.

Terrible service, awful burgers and rude staff. Unbelievable! This burger cost £6.95 and the burger is about the size of a 2p piece! £5 delivery charge for something absolutely awful. Please, PLEASE do not go here for a takeaway or speak to any of the staff there, it’s just all so so bad.

We are very shocked and saddened to read this post! We never get questioned on our portion control intact it is always highly commended our value for money! Unfortunately we do have to charge for delivery as man power and petrol is expensive! We wish we could do it for free but sadly we can’t! Your order was completely refunded and we apologised you were not satisfied, we did everything in our powers to leave you feeling satisfied but clearly we couldn’t on this occasion! We apologise again!

Today has been my third visit in the past 2 weeks for lunch with my family. Simply cannot fault the lovely staff. Very welcoming and friendly. The burgers are very meaty and of very good quality. The side orders of onion rings, sweet potato fries and haloumi fries are equally of a good quality and excellently cooked. The waffle dessert is amazing and I’m not even a dessert lover. I sampled my grand daughters and oh wow it was gorgeous. I also have to add that their cappuccino is the best I have sampled in Bognor. Even beats costa!!! Well done tbone and thank you for providing a fabulous eaterie in Bognor town centre 👍
