I visit this restaurant whenever I am in the area. The food is always very good however busy the restaurant is and the staff are friendly. In all the years I have been eating here I have never had a single complaint. This is the Indian to go to when visiting Haywards Heath!

Good food, with excellent turn around. Polite and efficient, polite staff. Would definitely go again.

Used to be really good but visited with a girlfriend recently and can honestly say it wasn't great, greasy food, dodgy wine, disinterested service... shame, as it used to be spot on.

We went to Nizam on the 3/11 for my husbands birthday , we had a large group of friends around 12 of us. The food was all correct, tasted delicious and the staff were very attentive. I do think the beer is very expensive and the food is priced higher than other curry houses in the area. Having said that,... More

Ordered a takeaway the girl who took the order could not speak English! The curry was not up to the standards of the old Nizam that's for sure.

We ordered an enormous take away for 24 people and were not disappointed by the food or the service. Food was all superb, presentation was excellent and it was all packed beautifully and carried out to the car for us along with plenty of freebies we hadn't ordered.

There was a man behind the counter that looked like a phones4u salesman, ready and waiting to rip everyone off, let me tell you he suceeded. I asked for the equivalent of what normal takeaways charge £30-35 for me and my partner, Nizam charge as little as £58!!!!! Then I queried items on the bill when the worker then tells... More

Don't bother on a Saturday night.... they say 30 mins but it's at least an hour. They need to stop taking orders or give customers a more realistic time. Plenty of other Indian restaurants in the area who can manage their orders better

It's not rocket science is it and it's not like Friday and Saturday happen every week. It's going to be busy so why not staff your restaurant accordingly. We are (were) regulars booked last night turned up on time but sent to holding pen - no drink offered. Similar to a few weeks ago when we were served drinks but... More

Having previously had good meals at the Nizam, we made the mistake of going on Friday night. (16/9/16). The service was slow & poor, the papadoms soft & stale, the chicken was tasteless & rubbery (rapid boil defrost?), more and more people were literally packed in around us (one fork length between tables) and it became very noisy. To add... More
