We visited the cafe on a recommendation. The accommodation was a lot smaller than we expected and, although clean, resembled a greasy spoon type cafe. We received our food quickly, it was mostly cooked but the chips may have benefitted from another 60 seconds cooking....More

Hi Alabaps, we're very disappointed to read that you didn't enjoy your visit or the food. We didn't receive any complaints on the day which is a shame because we could certainly have made your chips crispier (it's so hard to gauge how people like...More

Wow, that's a good walk - I should think you needed your bap at the end of it and glad that it hit the spot. Really nice to hear such glowing feedback which will, of course, be passed on to the team. We look forward...More

A visit today left me compelled to join tripadviser and write a review, especially as the cafe displayed a certificate of excellence from this site! It was a very disappointing visit. There was no warm welcome, ordering was a chore, the server didn't know what...More

Hi Scoresonthedoors, We're terribly sorry to hear your visit wasn't up to expectations. Being the (at the time) beginning of the summer holidays we employ a lot of local people to help out at what is our busiest time and obviously this can be challenging...More

The cafe is in a lovely location and we called in for coffee and cake mid morning. The lady who served us was really friendly & chatty. We were a bit disappointed that the only cake available was Victoria Sponge but had a slice each...More

Beautiful here isn't it, we're so glad you love it too. We can imagine your disappointment re the cake - we have a local supply and with the holidays they are struggling to keep up with demand, it is delicious though so that's good. Pop...More

Glad you went on the train, such fun! Well, yours is certainly not the first comment we've had on our chips so it's great to hear from a non chip lover that ours hit the spot! We look forward to seeing you again.

You can park on Hendon Avenue directly next to Mewsbrook Park, alternatively you have the Littlehampton Swimming Centre park or the seafront.
