On a cooling Autumn night, warming lamb shanks and the appropriate vegetables hits the spot. As far as pubs go, this one is worth a visit. We found this a fine place for travelers on the road in Tasmania.

We had a mixed experience here. The dining room is classic Aussie country pub, but the entrance door was missing and open to the foyer so as it was a cold, wet, blustery evening and we were seated by the doorway it was quite uncomfortable....More
Friday night meal. Staff are friendly. Atmosphere is country pub. Meals are server hot and in time. My wife and I had the Chicken Parma. Others had the Lamb. All very happy satisfied with their meals.
