A massive thank you to the team at Lucky Ducks for accommodating my husband and I for dinner tonight. As a diner with food intolerances, it is all too common for me to be turned away hungry and disappointed from restaurants and cafes, but the chef of Lucky Ducks made a special trip to our table and catered a meal... We're sailing Tasmania on our boat. We're anchored up in Parsons Bay reading the great reviews for this restaurant, so decided to give it a try and it certainly lived up to its reputation. The food and service was exceptional. For those who've read the bad reviews, and there aren't many, I've decided that those people are simply wingers. As... More

We had dinner at Lucky Ducks overlooking the water in Nubeena. The food was great. We ordered the scallops and seafood chowder along with some kids meals, all were super tasty and well cooked. Service was friendly. This is only a small place so it would be advisable to book during busy periods. Would definitely recommend.

We stopped just on spur of moment. The food fantastic. Pastry on pies light and flaky. Filling to the max. Worth a stop. Coffee huge.

The only place open. We ordered bread and pesto 4 small slices of bead and a shot glass 3/4 full of pesto. 2 chicken and corrn chowder. Waiter was cheerful and helpful. We ordered and waited and waited and waited. 10minutes later the bread and pesto arrived. After another few minutes I asked a man wiping up cutlery "how much... More

Top breakfast this morning at Lucky Ducks. Breakfast finishes at 11am, staff were happy to accommodate even though we ordered after 11. Nothing was a problem, even during a busy morning. Can see why they are busy, best coffee on the Peninsula, breads all baked in house & the hot breakfast was spot on! Hats off to this place!

Great location by the bay - superb breakfast with fresh baked bread and home-made tomato relish. Order the chilli beans as a side. Don't miss if you're in town.
