We wanted a nice, clean restaurant for breakfast and Perkins was it! The service was good and food was what we wanted. We would definitely go there again.

This restaurant has consistently gone down Hill with customer service with food At first I thought that it was a racial situation because I am a black man however I look at the dining room and it is becoming more and more empty so apparently...the service in the food is taking this restaurant down I still like the North Perkins restaurant the South restaurant in Miamisburg is terrible and that leaves a lot to be desired.More
The quality of their food is really good and has improved over the last few years. The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Could be a little cleaner but might have been because we were there just after a rush had finished.
We've not had good luck with old school restaurants like Bob Evans, Frisch's etc. Typically staff are tired, overworked and really not excited about being there BUT PERKINS was a very pleasant surprise. The people were very friendly, food (eggs, pancakes, sausage, hash browns) was...very good, relatively clean place. Anyway, would recommend.More
We were staying in the area and needed a quick breakfast to go. Grabbed a few pieces of pie and were pleasantly surprised. Can't vouch for anything else on the menu, but if you need to have your sweet tooth satisfied early in the morning...you won't be disappointed.More
We had breakfast here with friends and of course it was different with Covid 19. Service was great and they did an awesome job considering the circumstances. Everyone enjoyed their breakfasts and they made a requested change to one of their skillets with no problem....It was clean and well organized.More
Had to wait a while for a table because it was very busy the day I was there (Sunday morning). Food and service was great once we got seated. We were a party of eight and everyone enjoyed the meal. We (wife and I) have...eaten there several times and have always had a great experience there.More
This Perkins seem to decline over the years for some reason which is unfortunate. They used to have really good service. We decided to try this place again to see if it changed; unfortunately, it did not. We saw a lot of empty tables but...a lobby of guests waiting to be seated; they are staggering guests due to lack of wait staff and kitchen staff. Guests who are leaving did not look particularly happy. We stood there for a good 20 minutes or so and noticed people already seated did not have coffees or waters being refilled nor see any wait staff. Hopefully they can get the staff they need; would hate to see this location close.More
Ordered a special arrived to the table cold .my wife's meal was warm but not mine ,waitress said she just took it out but did nothing to correct problem.Ate it cold as I was too hungry to do otherwise.
Our wait time for a table was the norm and our server was very nice. However, we waited 40 minutes for our food. I watched people who were seated after us eat and leave before we ever got our food. It wasn't even that busy....Next time I'll go across the street.More
Stopped in while traveling thru for late lunch. My wife had French Toast which was good and I had Chicken Fried Steak with Asparagus and Spinach. Spinach was very good Asparagus was woody and pulpy hard to cut and the Chicken Fried Steak was VERY...deep fried and way overdone. Service was extremely slow and we had to ask for items several times as the waitress was not with it at all. We won't be back!More
the food is good the restaurant is clean the staff is friendly we ate breakfast the dessert look good in the glass case
Several of us that were attending the Ham Radio Convention in Miamisburg had breakfast on a couple of mornings and while typical breakfast fare, it was worth the price. Service could have been a little better but it was adequate.
We wanted to visit Perkins while we were in the area. Not at all what it used to be. Setvice was very slow. I do not like eggs so I got an omelet with ham & cheese. Most of the ham was at one end...and only a very thin layer of cheese on the top. I could only eat the top layer of the middle since that's the only part that had cheese. The toast had butter soaking the middle but was dry and very hard a third of the way from the edges. Left feeling hungry and very unsatisfied.More
The menu is somewhat limited and pricey. Chicken fingers with fries and a salad were around $11, I was able to order from the senior menu so only $9 but fewer fingers. Would have gone back for breakfast but 2 eggs, bacon and pancakes were...$10 - More expensive then their competition. The service was great and I left full.More
