Always excellent food. I go here often with friends and family. Love the food and the atmosphere especially the table by the fireplace. I have gone to the Thanksgiving meal as well for quite a few years. Service is excellent and the food is delicious.

The food was so plain, but the use of salt was overboard. No wonder the Amish have high blood pressure. This place has gone downhill so drastically. Stay away from it like the plague.

Known of this restaurant for some time, but were never in the exact area until we had lunch at Pine Tree. Decided to give it a try for supper. To be fair, what we ordered was quite good, but the ambience was missing. The place was a bit stuffy, smelly, and could use a little upgrading. If we hear it's... More

always reminds me of my grandmothers cooking. everything's made from scratch great breads and rolls. love the molasses cookies. swiss steak is my favorite entree.love the salad wagon, especially the cucumbers in vinegar and the creamy kidney bean salad.would have given 5 stars, but sometimes the food is not as hot as I like it.

The experience will not be repeated. The first problem area was the heat. They were trying to cool the place with window a/c. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and a root beer. The root beer was tasteless and the sandwich was awful. To much "goop".I sent it back to the kitchen. Got a cup of chili and it was... More

I love good Amish cooking! If you do, too, don't go here!! The visit was bad from the start. We were seated quickly, and then three other tables around us were seated. ALL THREE of those tables were given drinks and silverware before our drink orders were taken. My husband opted for the buffet, I ordered the turkey hotshot, and... More

It had been about 3 years since I had been here and I am happy to say the food quality is still great! I had broasted chicken, sweet potato fries, and with the salad bar! It was so good and I love the sauerkraut salad, pea salad, coleslaw, homemade salad dressings, etc, etc. The reason it didn't get 5 stars... More

We ordered the buffet, and while it was good, I wished I had ordered from the menu when I saw other tables' food being served. The salad bar was fresh. The pan-fried chicken was soggy, and I would have preferred turkey slices over the shredded turkey in broth. The mashed potatoes were a hit all around.

We decided to try the buffet. The beef soup tasted just like my mama made. Wonderful taste surprises were the pickled cucumber, homemade macroni salad, pickled beets, salad corn with cabbage. Loved the salad peas. The little beef hamburger patties in gravy....oh my goodness so unique a taste. Fried chicken so tasty & moist. Well everything was extremely good &... More
