Collier's is a Springfield's best if you like Amish cooking. In fact, I have seen the Amish eating here. All homemade cuisine. All very good! Cheerful and great service! Try the grilled tilapia, or chicken and noodles. Their Swiss steak is yummy! Homemade pies of all kinds! And the best is their chocolate fudge cake with ice cream! You have... More

Very nice menu. Very clean. The the waitress was hospitable and very helpful. Return visit is guaranteed. The proximity to the Bechtle Avenue shopping area is nice. A bit out of the way or hidden for those who do not know the area, but I would not hesitate to return.

Read the reviews and really needed some comfort food. This place should be labeled as a Chicken place! The menu has daily specials but you can't get those things that sounded yummy to me unless it's the right day. Well, after a long trip from Utah I had already had my fill of Chicken and burgers but the choice was... More

Compared to real amish cooking it fell a little flat but the broasted chicken was excellent! Bread was cold but good. Sunday afternon was busy but not a long wait.

The grilled toast is great, good biscuits but the gravy was just ok. The service was excellent and they keep the coffee coming for sure, which I really appreciate. This is a pretty big place. If I make it back to the area I might try dinner here.

Strangely, this was a new experience with no expectations. My friend I was to meet, forgot, so I ate alone, but loved it because the staff was so friendly and the atmosphere so relaxed. Food offereings were medium or large and the homemade pumpkin pie tasted homemade- divine! A variety of home-cooking offerings at reasonable prices makes it a winning... More

Have been going to Colliers for 3 years now. To me it's the best breakfast around. The skillets are excellent. But my most favorite is there maple sausage. I always get 2. We've had dinner there too. Great as well. But there are so many great places to eat (and bad ones too) in Springfield that we just don't get... More

We decided to try something new in this visit to see our sons..after checking Trip Advisor, of course😉 We were not disappointed. Dishes were honestly and generous. Great stop for college kids craving home cooking away from home!!

They have some excellent buys on their Mon. thru Thurs. specials. They have great desserts, wonderful vegetable soup, and an excellent price on their coffee. Wait staff is friendly and keep your coffee cup full.

This place is charming. The food is fresh & homemade. This was a first time visit for me & my husband, and I'm sure we'll be back when in town again.

Thank Glenda W
