This is a small town effort to copy the feel of a big town refurbished cool place. The food is good, middle class priced. cafe style complete with pick up your order policy.

Unique historic bistro with interesting sandwich combinations. Also healthy choices exist including a variety of kale salads, antipasto, scones. Fun and quirky.

What a great place to have a quick lunch. Located in downtown Wooster (on a side street) this fresh local market has not only very freshly prepared food, but also a small grocery market with it. The service is quick and the limited menu has something for everyone. The full bar looks inviting and the food is fresh. Enjoy a... More

We shared the Italian Grinder and it was one of the best sandwiches we've had. With yummy chips and jalapeño cheddar potato salad it was perfect. We'll be back!

We enjoyed a light dinner at Spoon on a Sunday afternoon. The place is clean, trendy (in a good way), friendly and inviting. The menu is creative and quality is very good. You order at the counter and your food is brought to you. Our service was exceptionally fast. This is not a place for burgers, big meals or huge... More

Our experience at Spoon was not great. Went in for breakfast on a weekday. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich with maple sausage and egg on it. After waiting several minutes for our food, we were told they were out of sausage, so he had to choose something else. They were also out of decaf coffee, which we had to... More

First time in Wooster, first time in Spoon. Loved the inside... I was by myself but could see why people would gather here at night with friends. Sandwich was great. Only caution is that it's expensive. I really didn't look at the prices when I walked in, but it was a few dollars more than I expected. Not sure I'd... More

Thank you so much for your review! We're glad to read you enjoyed your food and our atmosphere! We do realize our prices are a little higher than other nearby sandwich shops but we bake our bread and make all of our dressings from scratch, as well as buy local Ohio meats as much as possible. Thank you again and... More

I am a former resident of Wooster who was back in town and ate at Spoon last week. My sandwich was delicious (although small), the décor and atmosphere were unique, service was fairy quick, but my side dish was way too skimpy. Listed on the menu along with the sandwiches is a choice of sides (I assumed): chips, kale chips... More

Wow - thank you so much for letting us know. We'll advise our staff that fruit is absolutely not a garnish and that it is a side. Thank you again and we're really sorry about this. More

Neat atmosphere, good service, great beer and wonderful sandwiches. I was there for lunch and had a hot Italian sub that was the best I have had. They add their own little twist to the the same old deli sandwiches which makes them better than usual.

Spoon Market is located in a historic building in downtown Wooster, OH formally known as The Gold Star Store where locals would shop for their seeds, feed and farm supplies.Spoon Market & Deli opened its doors in June 2011. The idea of creating a neighborhood resource for the finest locally grown products and a wide range of ethnic ingredients became a reality behind the vision of Jordan and Patrice Smith. In the process they met Adam Nussbaum, a local butcher, who had a desire to offer his craft of handcut meats and homemade sausages to people in the community. Together, sharing their visions, Spoon Market & Deli was built. Our vision is to share our passion for excellence in food and service. We want to bring you the finest food and service Wooster and the surrounding area has to offer. Our food choices are staggering. Locally grown produced prime beef dry-aged on premise, freshly baked artisan bread and pastries, a collection of the finest cheeses, a list of unique wines and craft beers. Our passion reaches beyond the market. The deli serves breakfast, lunch, and specialty created meals to finish for you and your family.
