You walk into Bridgeside hungry and you leave full (unless you take the food to go). The restaurant has a great view of the Bridge of the Gods.

Fun helpful staff, great salad bar. Delicious Ruben and fries. Hubby said the chowder was good and hot. Good home cooking and the food came to the table hot. We took our dessert to go, the peanut butter brownie yum, the berry bar was just right, hubby was happy. We will stop in again, can't wait to see the view... More

We were driving to Hood River in a snowstorm and just happened to see the restaurant. Had a delicious lunch. Great soups (split pea and clam chowder). Burger also good and fries the best! Also a neat view of the bridge from our table.

Perhaps the food isn't 5 star but combined with the views and exemplary service this is a five star fun outing! I was with a friend visiting from California on a cold wet day so I took her to Bridgeside and a roundtrip crossing over Bridge of the God's. We were going to be eating later at Kell's in Portland... I drove an hour to have breakfast here. The food is prepared as ordered, delicious and plentiful. The view is stunning, what you dream of when you think of the Columbia gorge. The wait staff has always been friendly and helpful. It reminds me of the places I grew up with as a kid in the 60s.

We stayed at the Best Western next door, so we had vouchers for free breakfast. We loved the views and it was great to sit at a nice table with cutlery and crockery. The breakfast wasn't fancy but it was good.

Bridgeside is nIce, casual restaurant with outstanding view of the Bridge of the Gods. Free breakfast options are good except Biscuits & Gravy was not the type I am used to. No flavored coffee creamer. But adjacent fun gift store has flavored coffee. Thank goodness. Wished we would have tried the restaurant on our visit 4 years earlier. Good to... More
