Last April I spent a few days in Medford with my family for my birthday. My dad and sister both worked the day of my birthday, so my boyfriend and I headed out to Jacksonville for a quiet, romantic day. My dad highly recommended C St. Bistro and I'm so glad he did! We enjoyed our meal and drinks in... More

This is the second time we went to C street bistro. It is a small place with three tables inside but more outside seating in nice weather. We had some excellent grilled leg of lamb with pesto gnocchi. They serve locally sourced food when available. Dessert was a great chocolate cake with caramel. Good wine selection.

We went there by accident when other restaurants were closed. Had the mushroom and cheese panini and the breakfast hash. Both outstanding. The panini with wild mushrooms was the best tasting mushroom anything I've ever had. The restaurant is small. We were invited to share a long table with 2 other couples, which was fine. It was nice to see... More

This is one of those very small restaurants that take pride in their food and service. I would recommend anything on the menu ( closes at 2:30) as it is all very good. The tomato soup is excellent.

Charming little bistro off the main street in Jacksonville that has the owners and chef actually working the restaurant which accounts for the good service and food. Menu is eclectic with a wide variety of appetizers, salads and entree's. Wine/beer menu is good but fairly limited by the glass. We enjoyed the brussell sprouts as an appetizer, cod as an... More

Stopped in for a to go sandwich...and got quite a surprise! There is a real chef in the kitchen! There are some articles around about the chef/owner that were interesting to read. My sandwich was definitely beyond what I would have expected, it was Delicious!!!!

Located a block from downtown Jacksonville, this charming bistro provides delightful appetizers, salads and entrees. Eclectic menu provides options for vegetarians and omnivores. Wine list is small but adequate. Service is friendly and prompt. Street parking only.

Don't just think about stopping by on your way through Jacksonville. Plan your trip around stopping here for lunch or brunch. The menu is eclectic, the food is excellent and the waitstaff is very knowledgeable about pairings. Go enjoy, then head out for wine tasting.

C ST. Bistro, opened in winter 2011, and is a true gem in a old miners town. Using locally sourced ingredients we have a love for letting ingredients speak for themselves.
