My husband and I had stayed at the Shilo in Klamath Falls, OR when my husband had his tonsils out at the SkyLake Clinic. He was hungry by the evening and could only eat soft food. I asked Laurie Inocencio if I could get some scrambled eggs cooked for him. She was very accommodating, checked with the head chief (I... More

I stay here regularly for business. Years ago I had to leave the hotel to find anything that was even tolerable. Now they serve great, healthy food. I love their home-made soups and field green salads. I get the fish & chips or grilled chicken breast. It's always good. I love the grilled vegetables, too. They are always fresh. The... More

I work with Rainbow Restoration and have been staying at the Shilo for three weeks now. Although there have been a few minor issues with the restaurant staff in the past Laurie has been great. She resolved my issues and is always pleasant as she services the Shilo customers. I would highly recommend she be recognized for her service as... More

This has got to be one of the best Hotel restaurants I've been and I've done a lot of traveling. Not your typical greasey spoon. I had fish and chips(it's quite a large portion) my wife had the coconut shrimp with loaded baked potato and vegetables. They were both excellent and Laurie was a brilliant server! The price was very... More

Really enjoyed our meal and the service by Laurie. The wine was tasty, the pizza very good and a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy our dinner after a long day on the road.

What a huge breakfast. All girls and the cooks are wonderful. Everything is fresh and very good. Dinner was the best. Baby back ribs, the meat falls off the bone. Again, the girls and the cooks but their all into it. Great job!

Happy hour prices and food value cannot be beat. Often times the food portion of happy hour offerings is less than if you ordered the same item of the menu at regular prices. I don't believe that is the case at the Shilo lounge. During a several night stay I have ordered the Caesar Salad, the Teriyaki steak bites and... More

Hotel was very nice and very clean. Furniture was a bit dated, but not a problem for me if it's clean. We had a dog and they put us in a room with easy access to the pet area. There is a bar/restaurant on site, but we did not try it. Breakfast provided was fine, not amazing. Staff super friendly.

The Shilo does a decent job of accommodating a surge of guests at graduation time. Big plus is the hotel/restaurant is so near the campus. Breakfast buffet was really good.
