We keep coming back for the calamari. If you like the real deal, done properly, this is your place. They use big squid, so the rings are thick and the tentacles are meaty. Nice crunchy coating, not thick, but a bit salty. Tender! Served with deep fried potatoe slices and a wonderful coleslaw, dressed with a very pleasant, slightly sweet... More

When you are looking for one of those places the locals eat, this fits the bill. The restaurant was cute and the food was good. The location is good for walking through the bay front shops and fish market.

Spent a few nights in Newport Beach.....first night on this same street we ate at a fish place that was very good. A block or two down the street we found this fish restaurant Ocean Bleu.....looked funky , we went early so no one was there yet....took awhile for server , considering we were the only ones there. Ordered fish... More

Camped at the RV Park and Marina in Newport and was lucky enough to make it to old town for dinner. I ordered the Razor Clams which were huge and sweet and just enough breading that the taste of the clams was not overwhelmed by the bread. Perfect dinner in every way. Highly recommend!

This is a favorite spot with locals and tourists. The seafood is always fresh caught that day. Try the rockfish sandwich with a bowl of chowder. Oh.....and they have this cheesy artichoke dip as an appetizer that is seriously hot ooey-gooey heaven!! We always try to stop in when we're in town visiting family. Gino's is a must-try if you... Fresh and tasty! First time we have eaten here since coming to Oregon 8 years ago. Very good. Good portions and delicious. The prices were a bit high for fish-n-chips but that's the trend. Great service and good selection of micro brews. We'll be back.

The Ocean Blue place is very casual with sea theme eclectic decor located close to waterfront. The food is nicely presented but very simple and a little bland. We ordered clam chowder that was very good but black cod dinner and crab cakes were just average. For the price we paid we expected a little more sophisticated plates. The service... More
