Decided to try this triple D place on the way to Southern Oregon. It did not disappoint. We bypassed the outdoor grilled sausages on the first trip and went straight to the sandwich counter. We had a Dakota boy and Oktoberfest sandwich. Both outstanding! We decided to stop back in on the way home to get some sausages and had... More

Recently moved to the neighborhood and happy to have found Otto's. Great staff, fantastic sandwiches and beers. Their daily dogs served outside on the corner are great and a blast for kids. But their fresh meats and sausages are fantastic.

They forcemeats is so darn good. Best in Port Land. Thick and juicy and full of flavor that squirts out when you bite into one.

I drive pass it all the time but did not want to stand in line. Today no line probably because it was pouring and was so happy I did. Had the pork sausage on a toasted bun. Yum. Will be back again even if there is a line.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Sausages are made on premise and cooked outside in front on the restaurant. Very good.

Great selection of meats, cheeses, prepared salads and wine to go plus fresh made to orders sandwiches and soups. The hot dogs are famous but I don't think they are that special...just a grilled hot dog serves in a cold bun.

This is definitely the best hot dog I have ever had! I had the regular hot dog. I wish I would have skipped the chips and ordered a second hot dog. They have onions, sauerkraut, and relish along with a few types of ketchup and a a couple different mustards. Great place for a quick lunch. Inside they have a... More

Saw Otto's on TV shows and foodie listings. If you are visiting Portland without a car, this place is away from downtown, but well worth a trip. Take the Orange MAX to SE Bybee and enjoy a beautiful 1.2 mile walk through Reed College and a lovely neighborhood. You can hop the 19 bus right there, but the walk helps... More
