WOM is hands down the best breakfast establishment I have EVER been to. Well, my husband and I get takeout from WOM every time. I have eaten in the restaurant once, ordered take out dozens of times. (The wait for a table can be HOURS.) The Creme Brûlée French Toast is beyond crazy amazing!! Can't go wrong with anything on... More

The Word of Mouth Bistro is a little out of the way but oh so worth it. The best food in Salem- hands down. and be ready to bring about half of your meal home for the most amazing leftovers you will ever have. I love the Corned Beef Hash and Prime Rib Hash and you will never find a... More

The food is absolutely wonderful, but the waiting area, wait time, and parking are so awful that I rarely go to WOMB any more. It saddens me to think this cannot be resolved, but it has not.

Fantastic place for breakfast, always busy because the food is so good. The prime rib and vegetarian hash are both amazing, and the waffles are sure to please. I've never had a bad meal here and the servings are huge. Worth the wait, but go early of late for breakfast to avoid a long wait.

The best of everything is found at this establishment. Super good food, large portions and secret recipes. All worth waiting for and you may need to do just that as this spot can get busy!

Great breakfast place with super amazing and unique food. My Bloody Mary was like an appetizer! Pro tip: put your name in at the restaurant and during the hour wait go check out the Salem Capitol Building. They will call you when ready and there is an app that shows your place in the queue.

On a tip from a friend, I stopped in for lunch. The burger I had was exceptional. I will definitely come back to try some other things on the menu. Staff eere very friendly. The only drawback to this restaurant was the crowd. I ended up eating at the bar, which felt inappropriate for a lunch break. The seating was... More

There is a reason why the wait is so long. The food is awesome! Fairly priced and all home-made. Portions are large. I can eat here in the morning and not be hungry the rest of the day. It's the only place you need a fork and knife to eat your bacon. I have brought my out of town guests... More

We've had breakfast twice there and it's all we can do to restrain ourselves from going back again and again. Our first time there, as I parked the car my husband went into the restaurant to get on the waiting list. He used my number so they could text me when they were ready for us and I almost couldn't...
