On the recommendation of a friend, the (3) of us returning from Rockaway Beach, OR. to Vancouver, WA. stopped in at Camp 18 restaurant which is listed as Seaside, OR but is actually in a town called Elsie, Oregon. Very rustic and reminds you of the type of western town community type dining. Two of us had the Clubhouse Sandwich(... More

Headed to the beach to stay with friends, on the way back stopped in to eat. Thank you very much, razor clams on the menu. I have gone clamming, dug em, cleaned em, cooked em. Time to have them for sure. Served 2 very large clams, pan fried. Nice crust, well cooked and tasted great. This is a family style... More

We both had fish & chips...the best we've ever had. Great tartar/dill sauce. Good service. Good coffee. The atmosphere was a log cabin with lots to look at. We sat by the window and loved watching all the birds at the bird feeders.

This was so worth the gorgeous drive. I'd had breakfast but one look at the cinnamon roll and I just had to have one, well part of one. The meals were huge, enough for a logger or two. Lots to see if you walk around at all the equipment gathered

Good, hearty food is what Camp 18 serves. Classic American comfort food; not fancy but tasty. We had pulled pork sandwich, club sandwich, burger, fries, coleslaw; all good. Reasonable prices. Watch out for dessert! Should be shared! Cinnamon roll is dinner plate-sized for 3-4. Rhubarb cobbler plenty for 2 but delicious.

Brought my family out from TN to see my dad and family in OR. Dad wanted to take everyone out for brunch at Camp 18 since one of my brothers lives just down the road from the restaurant. We had a large group of about 12 which they had no trouble seating us. The restaurant itself is a very large... More

The place is so beautiful and impressive! And it is just in the middle from Portland to the sea. They also have birds feeding structure, so you can watch amazing birds while eating. The museum is adjacent to the restaurant, it worth a stroll after you eat, and before you head on. The food was too expensive for the quality... More
