We decided to eat on site nearest our room when walking anywhere on the property was hazardous. We were very happy and surprised at the quality of the food, the helpfulness of the waiter and the value.

We have dined at Altitude during our Christmas retreats there multiple times. The service on Christmas is never great but was actually quite bad 12/25/16. No coat rack, didn't offer the table when we arrived they asked if we would want when we made a reservation, they ran out of a table staple and then brought a poor version of... More

So I'm staying at The Resort at the Mountain with my family to celebrate NYE. We're doing some snowboarding to bring in the new year. The Altitude resturant's decor looked inviting. We usually dine at nice restaurants so for dinner it made sense for us especially since we could just walk from our room. After reading all the reviews I... More

Nice setting and attentive friendly staff (Humberto!) The menu is an interesting mix of Asian and Pacific NW inspired dishes - our steaks were terrific and they offered complimentary dessert for our anniversary, a wonderful Tiramisu. Drinks (mmm Mt. Mai Tai) and wine list good too.

The food was fair but the service was horrible. Absolutely not worth the price. We have eaten at this restaurant twice in the last few years only because we stayed at the hotel. We hoped it got better with new ownership but it actually got worse.

Service was good but food was so-so for the price. We had no urge to go back as the menu seemed bland to us and food for price was not a match.

The alarm bells should have rung, only three tables in use. Only two staff on duty. One of them was very friendly, but did not make up for the food. The menu is imaginative, but the execution was poor. My food had obviously been pre-prepared and heated up, drying up the succulence in the process. This was our worst meal... More

Had an excellent experience at Altitude with Prime Rib Tuesday! All you locals out there need to return to the Altitude on Tuesday. They honored the Sept. $5:00 special coupon from Mt. Times and included a salad. They had eliminated the salad , but now it is back. Kudos to the Altitude and Resort for making the locals feel welcome.... More

We ate here one night during our recent visit to the Resort. I was very impressed with the service. We weren't very hungry, so my boyfriend and I split a salmon dinner. My half of the salmon was cooked medium, but his was rare, and he asked about it. The server immediately got him a whole new full dish and... More

We had the Oyster Stew, Prime Rib, Chicken wing and beef kabob appetizers. There were a fair sized portions but not for the bargain hunters. That being said, the food is still really good and you get good portions. It was a little too dark (I don't get it sometimes why they feel they have to keep the Restaurant so... More

Location and Contact Information
Altitude's un-regimented and casual yet sophisticated dining environment allows diners to feel at home in comfortable surroundings. And while the food speaks for itself, an intelligent selection of wines finds its own voice. The culinary team is passionate about the restaurant's extensive incorporation of the best and freshest local Oregonian bounty.
