Standouts were bacalao croquetas and quesi al horno. The datiles con tocino and the koutban bel kefta were also good. These paired well with the Rios de Tinta Ribera Tempranillo (available by the glass or bottle). The flan was light and just the right sweetness...More

This is a great place in Carlisle. There were not many good food options when I went to college here in the mid 1990s. The service was friendly, food was good and there is a nice wine and sangria menu. While it probably doesn't quite...More

Beautiful restaurant. Lots of smaller plates, but some that are large enough for entrees. I recommend the pork with figs and sweet potatoes! Well-proved, too. Great place to try a lot of new things without breaking the bank.

Carlisle, Pa., is not where you travel in search of northern Spain food fare, any more than you go to Elko for seafood, but Andalusia does just fine. Tapas! A sample of pickled openers followed by lamb (koutban bel kefta) or melt in your mouth...More

Recommended by our B&B, perfect place. Attentive and friendly service, fashionably decorated, immaculately clean, nice wine selection, wonderful tapas and very reasonable prices. You can't do any better in Carlisle.

Dined at Andalusia based on Trip Advisor ratings. The bartender, Alex, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Had soup, hamburger, mushrooms with Manchego, and Moroccan chicken on puffed pastry and sugar as desert. All were fantastic.
