It's a very busy restaurant but they do try to be quick as far as seating. The food is good. I just wish it wasn't so noisy. We will go back though.

Not bad, not good. Just mediocre. My husband liked his food, however mine was a bit greasy. We both had burgers. We did like the cheese curds and the onion rings. They were prepared very well.
This Red Robin restaurant is located right next to the Hershey Tanger outlets and is in a great location. This place is always crowded and does a good business. Red Robin is best known for its burgers and sandwiches. There is a large selection of beef and chicken burgers as well as sandwiches, salads and more from the menu. The... More
We went here for dinner after visiting Hershey Park. We were seated in a reasonable amount of time but had to wait forever for our waitress to come and take our order, she took our drink order and we were ready to order our food but she said I'll be right back after another long wait she returned, no drinks... It's been almost a year since I was last here thought I'd give it a try again. The service is was great but the food was horrible. My burger came out ice cold the cold piece of cheese wasn't even close to being warm. The fries were ice cold as well. This location is always bad.
We had never been to Red Robin but we will absolutely go again if our travels take us close to one. I'm not sure that we even have them in my part of the country, but my husband and I thought the burgers were some of the best we ever had. We are actually fans of What-a-Burger, but Red Robin... More
Red Robin gourmet burgers are very good and I order the garlic fries instead of regular fries. My one complaint is this...no matter what season of the year we've been to this Red Robin, it is very cold inside. So much so that the breeze from the AC blows papers off the table. Because of this, we only eat there... More
My recent visit to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, in Hershey, was Another Great Team Lunch. My X-C Team was in Hershey for a PIAA Race in September. We stopped in the Red Robin around 12:00ish and we were seated at large table in a matter of moments. There was 11 of us, in total, a pretty large group for Lunch.... More
It was very, very crowded - not sure because of its proximity to Hershey Park or because of it's reputation. Despite the crowds, we got a table relatively quickly (sat in the bar area, which had minimal waiting time), and were served quickly. We enjoyed great burgers, delicious crispy chicken sandwich and very good sweet potato fries. It's a good... More
