Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Cute little Italian with bags of atmosphere and great food, we were served by a friendly young lady called Imogen who made great recommendations including matching the wine, will be back to try the lunchtime menu too.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch sat outside in the sunshine. The staff were friendly and attentive and the service was excellent. We enjoyed mussels for starters and the second course of home made pasta was delicious. This was a light lunchtime option menu which was...very good value but there is also a very good choice of other items if you want more choice or a more substantial meal. We will definitely return.More

Very friendly restaurant with lovely food & a great atmosphere. They make their own pasta which is delicious. We had their light lunch option which is very good value. It was a very hot day and although we had booked a table outside the staff...moved us inside to benefit from the air conditioning. Wonderful deserts. It’s very convenient in the centre of Ben Rhydding close to the train station or there’s plenty of on street parking nearby. A wonderful way to spend a summer lunchtime.More

Brought our good friends for dinner, asked for extra bread with our starter, told there would be a charge. Main courses took an age to arrive, and one of our party ordered a spicy sausage and spinach cannelloni. The said cannelloni arrived with no spinach...and no discernible spicy sausage, only to be told everything was blended together, this appeared to be a lasagna. No apology, but would we like some more wine. No thank you, very disappointed and rather embarrassed as we had recommended you.. Staff would rather argue than correct the issues. Such a shameMore

We had a great meal at Pranzo and it was our first time visiting. Highlights were the fresh egg pasta and amazing burrata, highly recommended. We also enjoyed the atmosphere, there was a nice buzz in the small dining room. Thank you to all the...staff.More

We were blown away by the care and attention we received in the run up to and on the day of our small wedding lunch here. Laura took the time to arrange the tables for us a few days before to check the layout, as...well as taking note of our seating plan and laying out the little favours we had bought our 12 guests. They let us taste the wine before choosing what we wanted on the day and were able to accommodate gluten free meals too. The waitresses on the day, Abi & Louise were really friendly and attentive, always topping up the empty wine and serving us with a smile. The range of pasta and other dishes is just right, with options for a creamy, spicy or tomato based flavour…or all three! Lovely fresh starters too, with the chilli prawn s being one of my favourite. The braised beef pasta is most delicious and the prawn linguine is simply heavenly! Can’t wait to go there again for a meal!More
