Great do. Great venue. Bar staff worked very hard during what was a very busy evening. The Pear Tree made it a lovely evening

Not eaten here in a while but now they have a yummy gluten free menu and even syrup sponge and custard so I’ll definitely be back. Nice flavoured gins. Refurb looks good too. 😀

We have just visited the Pear Tree for lunch. Both my partner and I had the thai options from the specials menu. We asked the waitress which which dish was the most spiciest as the description for both dishes was very similar for both. She...More

Have been here so many times, lovely food, service and atmosphere. All food menus provided and you can cater to how you want it. The only small criticism that I would make is that you cannot swap chips for a jacket potato.

We went to The Pear Tree last night for their Christmas meal expecting delicious food after reading all the good reviews on the Internet, but it didn't live up to expectations. The prawn cocktail starters were tasteless and the roast turkey dinners had been plated...More

Nice local pub which has improved a lot since the refurb. It looks better and it’s much cleaner. Food is nice but not much knowledge or options for different dietary requirements so I didn’t dine. Good atmosphere and drinks selection.

not sure but there are always cars in the car park your best bet would be to ring the pub direct

Level access from roadside at front entrance into pub, but there are a few shallow steps down from bar area into the restaurant. Check before booking but owner may be willing to set up a table in the bar.

I find this difficult to understand we now pop in most Thursday's for the quiz night and have never experienced loud or bad behaviour. The landlord is usually our side of the bar and I can't imagine how he would allow this... More
