Really wonderful place …. Just been in with a small toddler and they couldn’t have been more helpful . Very very clean , fantastic food and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable . Will be making it our regular...lunch place from now on . Thankyou Fayes .More
My partner and I have visited Fays a few times now and every time we have not been disappointed. The food is excellent and the service is very friendly. We’ve never had any issues with our orders and the prices are reasonable as well. Definitely...would recommend if you fancy a brunch out somewhere!More
As the ladies were looking for a venue for a year end get together, Fay's was selected. Convenient parking adjacent and with an excellent menu for lunch/brunch. The glowing reports on their return were exactly what I would have expected.
Visited for the first time today. We received a warm and friendly welcome and were quickly seated. Ordered the breakfast from menu and have to say it was excellent. Well presented and delicious, would highly recommend. Will be back.
Went for Saturday brunch which was very good value. Downside being that they would not reserve a table which meant we had to travel six miles without the guarantee of getting brunch when required. Then had to wait outside in the rain until table became...vacant.More
I hate having to write negative things, but my experience of Fays today was so bad I have to share to warn people. I called Fays and politely asked if two tables could be set aside for 12.30 today, the reason being my father who...never leaves his home, he is severely disabled is finally coming out for my birthday lunch. I called Fays and explained the situation, saying my father is 86, cannot walk, in a wheelchair and would need to sit outside ( Covid concerns). I thought I was being organised expaining thar as we are a party of 5 with2 dogs. Fays owner told me in a very matter of fact tone, that they do not reserve ( I appreciate this in normal circumstances) and I can go elsewhere if I don’t like it. I said he’s disabled can you not help him and she HUNG UP on me. I honestly thought times had changed and people understood that people do have genuine needs. I will be avoiding Fays as I cannot begin to understand what genuine business owner would act in this way. I will add, I also Have a disability, vocal cord palsy, so no voices were raised as I can’t This business owner has not displayed to make any reasonable adjustments s for disabled members of the community. This a legal requirement and has not been adhered too. I also tried to put this honest comment onto the Fays Facebook page but it was blocked by the local council as they do not want negative views made about local business - this whole situation has really opened my eyes - it’s a scary world we now live inMore
