A great curry restaurant only slight gripe was the service 3 parties came in after us but they were served before he we had to ask for servkce
Work in Redditch 6 or 8 times a month and have been coming to Rileys often. Always great service, pleasant, friendly and superb food. Best curry is Lahani Gohst. However, Doctors have told me to reduce intake of fried food etc. So today asked for...a no oil, spinach and chicken dish, off menu and it was no bother. The odd thing is, I never felt like it was a step down, the guys nailed it. Well done lads.More
Best curry we have ever had! Service was faultless and prices were fair. It’s a shame we are not local or we would definitely be regulars.
Foods are to die for. Everything taste fresh and authentic. The restaurant look really nice and clean. Very good service. Definitely will be going back again very soon.
Stunning quality food - we have been coming to Rilys for a number of years, and when you do that , you can start to take the quality of food and great service for granted. So thought I should reiterate why we keep returning to...this fabulous restaurant. Great service , stunning food - in our opinion, Rilys would give any Indian /Bangladeshi restaurant in the country a run for its money. Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.More
We visited for the first time, we was contacted by our bank to alert us they had taken our £70 payment twice? My husband went in Tuesday to get a refund and was told the manager is not in and would be in Friday, he...will call you? Nothing heard by 7pm Friday, again at our on expense he drove to the restaurant again Friday, to be told, we have been busy, attitude and no concern we had to return twice? Avoid this restaurant , they are very polite, until something that is there fault happens, then they don’t care 🤷♀️ Avoid avoid 😡More
Ordered a take away (online ordering on the website is very easy!). It was ready on time and piping hot. The food was the usual high standard. Excellently spiced without an excess of tomato and onion. We had chicken biryani and prawn purée. Flavourful and...delicious. The naan was fluffy and the poppadoms crunchy. Perfect!More
We visited early as going to the theatre. It was busy and even though we had said we needed to be out by a certain time service was slow. Felt like we had to keep asking for service, for our drinks, which they got wrong,...to take our food order. When food did come it was lovely. This restaurant is let down by its slow service. Now that ‘Spoons has closed it should take advantage of people wanting to eat before a show. It’s very expensive too. Think £8.95 for glass wine. Won’t be rushing backMore
Restaurant was very very busy and we waited 2 hours for our main course to arrive. Food was very good but spoilt by waiting so long. Overall disappointed, and therefore will not return.
Having been here a few times it never disappoints! The food is always excellent as well as the service! Would highly recommend this venue
It had been quite a while since we had visited this restaurant, after visiting two or three times in the past. On this recent visited, we were reminded that this is a nice place, with good food and equally good service. We went for a...few dishes that were new to us, and were pleasantly surprised - nice presentation and flavour. We must have had contact with at least six different members of staff from being shown to our table to paying our bill, and we’re never once left wondering if and when the waiter was going to return to take extra drinks orders - the position a lot of other places have found themselves in. It’s not the cheapest Indian restaurant to dine at, but overall, we were happy that the extra price translated into a better experience.More
Always tasty food when we come here. Service hit and miss depending on how busy they are but staff are friendly. Bit steep charging £1.50 per poppadom! Overall prices are expensive compared to others. Nice for special occasion
A really wonderful restaurant!! We've just been this evening for my wife's birthday and it was amazing! It was very quiet as it's a Monday but both the service and food were first class. We were made to feel so welcome and the waiters clearly...wanted to give us and the kids a full experience, they brought my wife a free starter (their favourite) as a birthday gift which was absolutely delicious! The rest of the food and service (especially for the kids) was simply top drawer! If we're up this way again we will definitely be coming here again. 100% highly recommended!!!!!More
We have eaten in numerous indian restaurants and after seeing a show at the Palace Theatre, we were recommended Rilys as it is next door. Staff were very attentive. The food was amazing, the best samosa's we have eaten in this country and the rest...of the meal didn't disappoint. A top of the range chef.More
