I adore blossoms. It's a lovely place to go and relax and enjoy cake or a meal. The cream teas are beautiful and the loose leaf tea is glorious. Called in for a snack and a natter with my friend, Usually sit outside but all tables taken as a sunny day and busy. First time in my many visits that I have sat inside and I found it atmospheric and enjoyable. Nice tea and lovely cake (thought about seconds!), Recommended if you are in the area.

Enjoying granary toast and pot of loose leaf tea - best I have had in a long time. Lovely tea rooms beside the lock. Some outside seating in the sunshine. Local and homemade produce. Thoroughly recommend

Had a very pleasant afternoon at this cute tearoom perched on the edge of the canal, proper tea made from tealeaves served with triangle sandwiches and cakes. Afterwards we had scones, jam and cream. Nothing too much trouble for the owners relaxing atmosphere highly recommend

Called in on a nice sunny day and sat by the lock. Good coffee (tea for my wife) and cake. Nice to sit in the sun and watch a boat go through lock.
