Had a lovely meal here - friendly welcoming staff, good food with a great selection to choose from. Would definitely come again next time we are up.

Our visit was a very enjoyable experience. Warmly welcomed by the bar staff & quick service on ordering our meal which was lovely. I will be visiting again.

Visited with friends, just had main course. Quite a good selection of meals, enough to suit everyone. I had steak pie, which was good. Good pub food, pleasant atmosphere.Very good value.

We are a pleasant local pub on the outskirts of Barnsley situated in a village called Monk Bretton. We have a large menu that will suit all tastes. We are very family friendly
