We were welcomed warmly and promptly seated by the staff which was a good start. The menu is varied but notably Andhra and South Indian selection. There are also some North Indian items as well. One of their signature dishes are their Hyderabad biryani which...is a must have item here. As my wife is vegetarian she opted for the samosa chaat and I had the vadas followed by a lamb hyderabadi biryani which was full of flavour and the lamb was so tender it was peeling off the bone. Finished off with a nice cup of chai. There is a well stocked bar here and the food as authentic as back in Hyderabad. Pleasant and attentive staff and we enjoyed the hospitality. Prices are above average and taste is below average. I asked for parcel family biryani , they said rather they will give 4 individual biryani as they can cost more from the customers.

Definitely the best Indian restaurant I have visited in long time, we were welcomed with a smile, even though it was really busy they accommodated us very quickly and made us feel comfortable, ordered chicken 65 it was very tender and mouthwatering, went for there...signature dish chicken dum biryani which was extraordinary, very authentic and true to the taste. I would highly recommend this place for anyone truly enjoys authentic food.More

The only way I could express my disappointment apart from writing this scathing review was that I walked out of a restaurant without tipping for the first time in 3 years. I am an aficionado of Hyderabadi cuisine. Having grown up in the Middle East,...I am aware of expatriate businesses that strive hard to deliver authentic cuisine to their diaspora. I have never seen any such entities compromise on customer service across many countries that I have visited - until today. I visited this restaurant with a friend. Upon arrival, we saw a board that mentioned "Cash Only", yet, on enquiry, we were assured that cards were accepted. As the menu was served, we wished to buy a glass of champagne that was listed on the menu for which, the waiter refused and mentioned that they can only offer by the bottle. I assume they were hesitant to uncork a new bottle just for 2 glasses. Yet, when I ordered a glass of wine, neither was the bottle presented to me, nor do I know when the bottle was uncorked, nor if the cork was in good condition, nor the grape variety used. Though I wished to ignore it as it would be absurd of me to expect a sommelier at a humble restaurant, I was expecting an array of disappointment. As we arrived just an hour before closing time, we wished to order the main course alone. I had explicitly mentioned that I do not wish to be provided with an egg with my Chicken Dum Biryani. To my surprise, my biryani was served with an egg on top. When I questioned the waiter about his lack of attention to my dietary requirements, he walked slightly far from our table, took the egg out of the bowl with his hand and placed the bowl at my table. I had no complaint about the food but, we were not served water. When I asked for 2 glasses of water and ice, the ice was brought to my table and the waiter needed another pleasant reminder that we also needed glasses with water. In advance, I did check with that waiter and confirmed that the restaurant would close at 11 pm and we can take an extra few minutes to finish eating. As the clock struck 11 and the only other group of customers left before us, the owner mentioned that we will have to vacate the premises and began to turn off the lights. When asked to hold on for a moment and to pack our food for takeout, the containers were brought to our table and we were asked to pack it ourselves. I'm beginning to wonder what exactly are the employees at this business being paid for, or if we would be incentivised for carrying out their duties. At the cash counter, the person who confirmed that the card payment is accepted retorted that he expects cash. I had to raise my tone a notch above usual to remind him we were assured that card payments were accepted, or else, we would not have chosen to eat at their premises. There was neither a thank you for co-operating with their closing time nor sufficient tissue papers on their table - the value of which the proprietors of this business may never understand. To conclude, I reminded myself of Ritaj Restaurant in Abu Dhabi, UAE that I have been frequenting for over a decade. I remembered their poor ambience, dim lighting, narrow staircase, cramped seating, yet warm hospitality that warmly welcomed me and the many Indian diasporas that enjoyed fine Hyderabadi cuisine. If I were to expect anything close to that, I would look away from this contraption of a restaurant that puts genuine shame on expatriate restauranteurs.More

Went with friends to celebrate a new job. Feel like they saw us as young people so decided to abuse their power and served us expired or inedible food of some sort. I am currently writing this from home having taken 3 days off from...my new job having barely begun, all because of me and my friends being food poisoned. As soon as we exited the restaurant, from that point I got my first run of diarrhoea. It has now been 3 and a half days and I’ve been bedbound due to it as well as suffering intense abdominal pain and stomach cramps. Tried all sorts of doctoral/herbal remedies but this sort of poisoning seems to be bulletproof. I’m disgusted while writing this and cannot believe a restaurant like this has a 5* hygiene rating. Clearly this is a lie or as I said before, they discriminated against us as young people and took advantage of our inexperience in spotting expired Indian food (majority of us were not Indian). And therefore got used us as rubbish bins. They seemed very surprised when we said the food is good, something else which looking back on was suspicious. There are a number of reasons why or how this could’ve happened, but the bottom line is carelessness. I am a local and definitely definitely will never be going back here, sharing the same advice with my friends and family.More

I ordered the chicken biryani and it is no doubt the best biryani I have ever had. The rice was cooked so well. The chicken was tender and not over cooked. It had very good chilli heat which is not toned down for the western...palate.More

Without a doubt the best Garlic and Chilli Naan bread we have ever had! The Gongura mutton curry was superb, so tender and flavoursome, also butter chicken was superb too. The staff are so friendly and helpful, going to be our go to place to...eat when visiting Hounslow again !More

We ordered a meal for delivery. It was an hour late, cold, and nearly inedible. We are used to a decent standard of Indian food in the local area, this was definitely not up to scratch. Won't do that again! In particular the restaurant needs...to improve their delivery service.More

The Best Indian Authentic Restaurant which offers a variety of items to choose from..One of the best indian cuisine in terms of taste and quality..Food was outstanding and served very freshly..Will definitely come here to satisfy my tastebuds "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED'' !!! 10/10
