We stayed overnight at the Inn at KKV. Our stay included breakfast at the Kling House. We ordered off the menu for guests and were more than satisfied with our selection. The server and hosts were very nice. I would definitely eat here even if I wasn't staying overnight.

The food here is pretty basic (as one would expect in this area) with some minor attempts at being adventurous. We found all the food to be well made and tasty. The space is a little cramped, but the service is good. Recommended and also worth a short wait if need be.

My parents go to Kling House restaurant every time they go to Kettle Kitchen Village in Lancaster. They took me there for the first time and I really enjoyed the meal. It is a small restaurant in a house but they have a very interesting menu. We all had sandwiches and we had a very good chicken salad. It was... More

We went to the Kling House with expectations of a yummy meal at a reasonable price. We both ordered a grilled ham and swiss on sourdough, one of the specials of the day. I had visions of a gooey, warm, cheesy sandwich on a cool (for a Floridian) day. for $12 I got a nicely browned sandwich, the cheese was... More

I chose the Kling House after looking at their menu online and seeing that they served crab with their eggs for breakfast. It was my friends birthday and wanted to take her for a special breakfast – crab is her favorite. I assumed her breakfast was good even though when saw her potatoes I was thankful I had ordered fruit... More

Every time we go we get something different, They always accomodate what we want to change in the order, We have never been disappointed. We have eaten both inside and out. We bring visitors with us. Don't go there if you want something fast. Everything is at a liesure pace. Food is good and there is plenty of it. Kling... More

We went to the very end of the "Walk" to bypass all of the other attractions, So did a Lot of others. The menu had traditional items and was handling a large crowd very well! I' d recommend waiting till off peak hours.

Good breakfast, warm atmosphere and very hospitable wait staff. We sat on the porch which has windows all around the outside. Here we were able to watch all the Amish Buggy's go by.

We have been to the Kling House for lunch several times and have always had a wonderful meal. Today was no exception. Kling House Restaurant is part of the Kitchen Kettle Village. It is always a wonderful place to go to get away from the crowds in the "village" and enjoy a nice sit down lunch. Food and service is... More

Description
The Kling House Restaurant is the home of Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse, PA. The house nurtured three generations of Klings and Burnleys before the Lancaster County farmhouse became a restaurant. The front porch, living room, dining room and office remain in tact but now we greet hungry guests for breakfast or lunch. Although coconut cream pie has become our signature dessert, the breakfast or lunch menus are full of Lancaster County recipes which feature Kitchen Kettle Village products. Cinnamon raisin French toast or baked oatmeal for breakfast. Cranberry chicken salad served open faced with Kitchen Kettle Cranberry Orange Marmalade for lunch. And the very best shoofly pie in all the land. We sometimes eat shoofly pie for breakfast! At Christmastime we offer special dinners with Mrs. Claus and Yummie the five Friday nights between Thanksgiving and December 19th. These magical nights fill up quickly, click here for all the details. When the weather cooperates, enjoy outdoor dining on the Terrace. You can watch the buggies go by and just relax in the sunshine.
