Great family visit 😃

We went to Las Iguanas Wembley during our staycation in London after visiting Wembley Stadium. We had the most fantastic time there, service was friendly and welcoming , they provided colouring books and crayons to our children and the children’s menu was great value for money you can get a main course and two kids sides for £5.90. Their staff went the extra mile to cater to our needs, being fussy eaters they managed easily our requests and we had the best meal ever. The place is immaculate clean and it has a very special vibe, maybe it’s the positive energy transmitted by the staff. Well Done. Will definitely recommend to visit if you are going near Wembley Stadium. Hopefully we will get to return soon in the future. Thank You

Too much choice, can’t wait to go back

Excellent location for lunch/ dinner if you are going to an event either at the stadium or arena. Or just a stop after shopping There is so much choice of things to eat, the staff were very knowledgable on both the food and drinks menu. A cocktail if you like them is a must! We were very well looked after, and cannot wait to return

4 of us visited for lunch on Carabao Cup Final day. We were told there was a one hour wait for a table which was OK so we were given a number and asked to wait in a waiting area at the back of the restaurant. Unfortunately this was full so we ended up lining the wall by the pass. There were plenty of tables free but I’m sure they weren’t being allocated so that it gave time for the kitchen to catch up on the orders they already had. We got a table within 30 mins. I didn’t get the name of our server but he was brilliant. The place was absolute chaos but he always had a smile on his face, was very attentive and made sure everything was ok with our table. Food and drinks came out quite quickly. My Chicken Enchilada was delicious and very filling and my Caribbean Clover Clubs were amazing! My husband had the Bahian Coconut Chicken which had a nice spicy kick to it. Will definitely visit again next time we’re at Wembley

Very disappointed

I am brazilian and felt I would like the food as the labelled lot of brazilian food, but indeed I felt so disappointed as it is not like Brazilian taste and it took so much time to arrive the food come and when came was burned the chicken. I had to ask to replace and it took another 35 min. It was expensive for the food that not worth it Not come back again.

The food was lovely its a shame about the service

The restaurant was not busy at all when I visited despite this I had to wait some time before the waitress attended to my table. Half of the chicken menu was unavailable and I did have to wait sometime again before the waitress came back to my table with the bill after I had requested this. Then I saw a hefty service charge when asked the waitress lied and said that it was compulsory on the occasional weekend. This left a sour taste in my mouth despite me initially enjoying the food

Great place for lunch!

Me and my sister and her baby came here for lunch and everything was great. The manager (Alexandra) was super accommodating and bought my niece crayons and an activity book. The waiter was also very helpful and attentive, could answer all questions about food and menu. Food came quickly and was PERFECT! Super delicious! Everyone was wearing masks, they ask that you sanitise upon entry, and we could see all members of staff were regularly washing their hands. It was my first time there, and won't be the last for sure!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I went to Las Iguanas to celebrate my birthday because I had a birthday voucher. After confirming with a Las Iguanas member of staff that they will accept my voucher, I ordered a main that was supposed to be for free but at the end I was asked by the manager to pay for it because the manager "had never seen such a voucher before" (depsite it begin completely legitimate and having had confirmation that it will be accepted). When I challenged this I received explanations that made no sense. Both I and the member of staff who had initially confirmed I can use my voucher, before I placed an order, tried to explain to the manager that it's unfair to have to pay for a meal that was supposed to be covered by the voucher, especially after I was told by a Las Iguanas staff member that I will not have to pay for, but without success. I would not have chosen to eat at Las Iguanas that day had I not had the voucher. Now I know to not go there again because of poor management and customer service.

Really great food, staff and ambience

I was really impressed with the entire look and feel of the restaurant given that we didn’t have to wait at all and got served on time. Everything in the menu looked really nice, I got the coconut chicken and my partner got the chicken enchiladas. It tasted really good. If you are stuck for what to have the staff have a good understanding of what they’d recommend which is always great to know. Oisín who was our server was very helpful with helping me pick out what to drink.

After walking out of TGI fridays...

After walking out of TGI fridays for their poor hygiene, my friend and I were great by a fabulous manageress called Alejandra. She was warm and welcoming, bubbly and looked genuinely happy to be here. We ordered some cocktails almost immediately, I mentioned I was so thirsty and needed a d.coke. She rushed the d.coke over so quickly while our cocktails were being made. I was great-full. We told her about our experience at TGI’s, she reassured us of her policies and standards for COVID. Throughout our meal, (which was fantastic in every way) she was attentive without being over or annoying. The food came quickly, was fresh and oh so tasty. Our cocktails were fantastic! - they didn’t skimp on the alcohol and her presented in a beautiful well. Will be coming back next time we are in Wembley. Thankyou Alejandra for your hospitality. :)

Plastic in food

This visit was planned for friends to have a relaxed, Christmas dinner and I suggested Las Iguanas because of its great food. I ordered sweet potato fries and the garlic, mushroom, and thyme quesadilla. After a few bites of the quesadilla, I bit into something hard which turned out to be a piece of plastic. After reporting this to our waiter, he was apologetic and offered to get me another quesadilla or something else. I was put off and declined the offer. A few minutes later, another waitress (possibly the manager), came over to our table and told me that the plastic came from a lemon juice bottle cap, which she showed us. She was also apologetic and also offered more food. When the bill came, the quesadilla was refunded. This should not happen, and I was lucky to not have swallowed the plastic. Las Iguanas is of my favourite restaurants but this has completely ruined my impression of it and I will think twice before coming again.

Diana was amazing, she was very friendly and made us feel extremely comfortable, everything we ordered came on time and nothing was delayed. She recommended us some main meals which we enjoyed so much. Overall the service from her was great and made out night perfect!

Had a pleasant experience, Diana was super attentive, lovely, and helpful. Food was palatable but nothing to rush back for. Shocked by lunch bill, bit steep for 3 lunches and 3 drinks at nearly £80, would the try the tapas maybe one day.

Great customer service!

We went for a bottemless brunch and the customer service was amazing. They made sure our drinks were constantly topped up and the food came in very great portions! All drinks as tasty as the other, the passion sour bomb is my favourite. Thank you las Iguanas for such great service! Recommend everyone to come here and families too, great atmosphere and customer service. Big shout out to Nate and Mara for a great service and cocktails!

Two for one cocktails are great priced as well as good quantities. Food is very tasty, may be little bit spicy for some. Claudia was very friendly and provided great service with a beautiful smile. Social distancing and good hygiene is maintained. I will definitely recommend. Ken

Late Lunch Visit

Visited here mid week prior to a Simple Minds gig at the arena. We were eating early afternoon (due to us having a meet “n”greet with the band from 3.30) Due to the time of eating it was very very empty so the service we received was very hands on. Had a choice of where to sit so chose a window seat. Staff very friendly throughout our visit & once we advised we were in no hurry they checked when we were ready for mains before bringing out. Wine & food ordered. As it was an event day the menu is a little reduced. But still plenty to choose from. We had Nachos to share & Albondigas to start. Followed by Chicken Enchilada & Buenos Aires Burger with fries. Huge portions & struggled to eat all. In summary a good experience from a chain restaurant. Prices are what you would also expect from thus type if restaurant. Would visit another within thus chain.
