I went here on a Sunday evening and it did seem understaffed. The staff were pleasant, but lacked a certain level of professionalism. The starter of breaded garlic mushrooms had to be sent back to the kitchen as it had been overfried. The next lot of breaded garlic mushrooms came in under 2 minutes which made me dubious, but they... More

I went here with some work friends who really liked it and it was terrible. First of all, they were out of all ales, all they had on tap was cider, Guinness and Heineken. All other taps were broken. After we ordered some drinks we asked for menus, the server brought us them and then when returned to take our... More

Recently visited The Torch again. Actually went somewhere else but waited so long left and went to The Torch as not been disappointed there in the past. Service was reasonably quick and meals arrived in a short time even though restaurant was exceedingly busy - they had enough staff to cope accordingly. They 'forgot' the roast potatoes but given how... More

Lovely friendly place, very popular with people watching sports. Very popular when there is something on in Wembley stadium. Could be sports or music concerts or Food is very good too. Special offers on on each day. Like Fridays as it's the best fish & chips day.

Dropped by before the league cup final. Friendly staff made the atmosphere good. A bit expensive, but that is kinda expected when it is so close to Wembley./..

Low staffing levels at busiest times and a lot of dirty glasses outside the pub. Food arrived but seems like it had been microwaved... some parts of the order was wrong and the staff corrected it.

The best pub in the area, friendly staff everyone ready to help, i was told that the kitchen was quite busy at this time and that the meal is going to take a bit longer however it didn't take long. Very busy place and it has a nice atmosphere , definitely going there again ;)

Probably comes frozen and re-heated in microwave or Oven. Nothing spectacular or to write home about but good solid food, well prepared standard pub grub same as Wetherspoons, reasonably priced. Clean and Tidy. Staff friendly and personable.

Filthy toilets, both gents and ladies. The smell of urine is overpowering, as is the damp, the peeling paint, the missing toilet seats, need I go on? 21st century and toilets like the victorians? No soap and handryer broken. The beer is average but expensive. The place seems to always be understaffed but at least the girls were friendly. I... More
