Our first time visiting a Gujarati restaurant. Enjoyed the food and the service was lovely. Authentic homemade food and the thali portion was very filing. This place gives you the feeling of home
Small vegetarian restaurant, came across and saw that it was very busy (always a good sign).Great food and service. Very reasonable price. Will certainly be visiting again.
This lovely place has food with a great taste, gujrati veggie food and most importantly it is made with a lot of love! I normally do take away of theplas and parathas, love the homemade taste! Thank you and keep it up!
Loved the experience here. Opened at 1pm and by 1.30pm it was full. The owner/manager is lovely and really takes care of you. I got the gujarati thali and it was lovely- came with rice, papad, yogurt, 5 chapattis, dal and two veg curries. Was...so good and tasted homemade.More
Amazing food and quick service. Will definitely visit again. We were surprised at how delicious everything tasted without onion or garlic.
We had some very good authentic gujarati food. The family that runs the place treats everyone as if they are guests at their home. The place overall didn’t have great decor of a restaurant but the food was amazing. The owner also gave a to...go sweets box to have on way home. Would highly recommend anyone visiting London to try the Gujarati dishes.More
We went to this restaurant to celebrate our mum’s 80th Birthday celebration. This restaurant was recommended to us especially for its Puran Puris. Our mum’s favourite 😁 The decor is very simple but it was very clean. We got a very warm welcome by the...owner and the staff. The owner who took our order was very friendly and flexible. We didn’t have to wait long for the order to arrive as stated in other reviews. The portions were big and very tasty food. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you.More
Recently I have had cravings for Gujarati food and usually this place is a safe bet in Wembley. On the day I went they had some of my favourite things on the menu (guvar, Dokri and bhaji) so I was drooling when I heard that...and then I had rotlo! Firstly the positive everything is freshly made and the family who run this place are amazing yes it can take a while but again it’s fresh. My rotlo was amazing. The guvar however had more potato than guvar so was more of a potato curry which is so so disappointing! The bhaji was flavourless and the dokri was too thick. Obviously I was comparing everything to my mum’s cooking and this didn’t meet the standards. Shame as I do love this place…oh yeah and the mango lassi tasted slightly off!More
Be patient for the food as they prepare everything on the spot. Be prepared to eat with hands. Go there for food and food only which is really really tasty!!!!!. Do not expect any fancy sit down experience.
I was craving Gujarati food and Ealing road is where I grew up. I remember my dad getting take away from here when my mum wasn't able to cook. Be patient when you come here as the food takes AGES. It's all freshly cooked and...the owners couldn't be anymore kind. The food itself for me was a let down...but then again my mum was a legandary cook so nothing will compare. It was all freshly made and hot but I remember it being better. Anyway I got my fix but don't think I'll come here again to satisfy my food cravings.More
tasty Home Made style food.. Staff is very attentive. Prices are reasonable too. Must try: Methi Bhajia and Lensun (Garlic) Chatni.
We had a group lunch at this establishment and was fantastic. Service was top notch. Pure vegetarian and assortments offered is wide ranging and tasty like home cooked. One can park in SDM Mandir for £2 an hour think of it as contribution towards upkeep...of the location and good cause. Prior to visiting the restaurant please check preferred method of payment.More
I used to rate this place highly and was my go to place when I went to Ealing Road for years. Sadly it has been going down hill and I can safely say this was my last visit- prices have rocketed up as well. A...masala tea not made in the traditional way now £2.50 for a small teacup. Sorry folks and this is my view .More
This place is perfect if you are looking for home-cooked Gujarati food. Great food and great value. Top drawer.
