Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hotel was clean and well presented.
Rooms are quite small with very little storage space and no bedside lockers. So if planning in staying longer than 2 days, it can be hard to store clothing etc.
Bathrooms were pretty big and were pristine with a fabulous large shower.
We found the hotel uncomfortably warm and it was very hard to regulate temperatures in the rooms as we could not safely leave the window wide open all the time. There was a fan provided, which was great for when we could have the window fully opened.
The most frustrating part of our stay was that there was no body at the reception and no answer to the phone numbers provided should we need something.
We were staying for 4 nights and there was no hair dryer in the room and we also needed toilet roll on our last day/night. Neither of which we could get because there was nobody on reception or no answer to the phones.
There was the option to go to the restaurant during the opening hours for anything we needed, however they were not open in the morning when we were going out for the day and were closed when we got back. So we went without the hair dryer and had to buy our own toilet paper.
I really feel if you are going to have an unattended reception, there should be someone available to answer the phone to guests. I would have expressed my disappointment about this on check out, but again there was no one on reception.

Nice pub, although the entrance is round the back. Dropped in for dinner one evening. Got a friendly welcome from nice staff and ordered a beer - no one else in the bar at the time (about 1900). Had a look at the menu and, while it looked nice and varied, the prices were pretty extreme. (£8 for a starter, 12 for main course, £4.50 for boiled rice! £3 for a nan) I decided to go to a different restaurant with much more reasonable prices.
So - welcome, great; cleanliness, good; service, great; beer, good; food prices, excessive. I'll go for a beer before a game at Wembley but not for food.

Stopped here for a pints and some grub before a gig at Wembley. It’s a big pub, churning out pub grub, no frills, nothing special, it fills little gap.

This place deserves 1 star. Service was poor. I visited with my family, Manager failed to apply 50% discount on food under eat out to help out scheme. While all other restaurants we visited gave us upto 10 pounds off per person, this place gave 10 pounds off on total bill. Not returning for sure. I wouldn't call it a restaurant , it is a Pub as there are zero standards of service with no efforts at all.

We have been here twice. We were waiting almost an hour and a half both times for our food. Anytime we asked a waiter we were just fobbed off and told “5 minutes”. Food eventually appears and was only warm.
Quite disappointing overall, not sure I would recommend

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered biryani but got lamb/chicken curry dressed up as a biryani. Food wasn’t cooked in oil, oil was garnished with food. Premium pricing with sub standard food. I would have been better going to Ealing road street vendor. Please do not waste your time and money here.

Exceptional service despite being extremely busy, we attended for the championship league play off finals, spent Saturday night, Sunday pre and post match in here. It was really well organised, good staffing levels, management of numbers given access was efficient. QR code table service worked really well on all our visits, Simon was really friendly and he like all the staff worked tirelessly on such a busy weekend. Ideally located for Wembley. We weren’t aware they offered rooms in the hotel so we were staying elsewhere on this occasion. My son had food which was reasonably priced.

My recommendation would be to NOT visit this pub if there is a Wembley event on simply as that they adopt a different approach to pricing ie all prices go up!! All pints £8 even shandy’s and burger and chips £25! Worth the extra walk to find Wetherspoons instead which we, and everybody else who had just rocked up at the pub, did!

We stayed here in the hotel above the restaurant, and I have to say I’ve never been more impressed by this type of venue. They are up against some of the biggest hotels competitors, and they provided perfect hospitality, a great room and accommodated whatever we asked for. We had to wait a few hours for the taxi and they were more than happy to look after our bags instead of us hauling them around all day. Could not recommend this place enough! Top tier people, top tier room and just genuinely incredible hospitality. Thank you!

One of the best curry's we've tasted. We we're very pleasantly surprised. Good value (considering its London!) Staff we're friendly and attentive.
Choice of curry, with rice, naan, poppadum's etc and a pint for £28.
Would definitely return.

Come for pre drinks and food before Coldplay. Atmosphere was great with Coldplay song list and the food was really tasty. Order at bar or on qr code. Well worth visiting before an event

It was pouring and I needed a place to hide from the rain. This place had a great local bar feel with great local prices. Strong Bow was 2/6. My pint of Guinness was 5.5. Service was great

When there’s an event on at Wembley, they hike their prices. A £10.50 burger on their website goes to £25 on event day. And £8 for a pint of Moretti. The place is an absolute rip off.

Food too spicy even for people who eat spicy food, kids could not eat, I would not recommend for people who cannot super spicy food, burgers were good, but for Indian I would not recommend.
