The Bowgie Inn is such an amazing place with the best views I've ever seen from a pub, ever!!! The beer garden is stunning and the views over Crantock beach and the Gannel are really incredible. The food is fantastic; proper hearty with big portions!...More

Excellent light lunch in the Pigstie Bar overlooking Crantock beach. Breathtaking views from the bar, good beer, good food. A very slippery steep walk to the beach, we didn't try it as the tide was in.

Another Cornish pub that relies on its amazing view to attract customers rather than the pub itself. Very average food for what we paid, the kind of fish & chips i'd expect to find in a Morrisons cafe (no offence to Morrisons), the 'Bowgie Burger'...More

Quite the contrary - just very confused by some of the reviews. It is interesting as the reviews are either very good or very bad. I think many people are blinded by the views. I find it bizarre that people can like the food... More
