We visited Catch after a gorgeous walk on the beach opposite. Managed to sit outside as the weather was beautiful. We both had a hot chocolate and croissant which were delicious. Lovely location and friendly staff.

Yes, they have 3 dog friendly tables, our shorkie has been with us twice. Would advise you call ahead and reserve one of them

I would agree, about 9. We went a couple of months ago so out of season so it wasn't very busy. Service was fine because I think everything was cooked fresh so took a little longer.
