Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent cafe. Eggs perfectly cooked. One thing that will always put me off is undercooked eggs. Makes the breakfast. These guys know what they doing. I'm now a regular visitor. Traditional cafe.

Lovely food, served with a smile. Clean and comfy, good value. Had small fried breakfast, and belly buster ( only if you very hungry)

Our friend recommended this place and we were so glad he did. Roast lamb on a Friday, well cooked, very tasty and plenty of it. For another £2 we upgraded to a delicious dessert and a cup of tea. Great Value. There is a different...roast each day of the week, plus a different menu for those who prefer something a little less filling. My only complaint was there was no mint sauce offered, yet after I had finished I saw a pot on another table. I mentioned this and was told I had to ask for it. I marked the venue down for this as it should have been offered, but I will know next time.More

What a super Cafe, located in the market buildings half way up the Redruth high street. Wanted to stop here for a while just never got the chance as I love these old fashioned Cafes that produce what's always looked like excellent value for money...food and drink. Not disappointed, Bacon butty with a fab runny egg and my wife had the Southern fried chicken burger....left us full, left us happy thank you for such a nice experience; love the feeling your Cafe has its like being in one of those heritage train station team rooms, a delight!More

I went with my blind friend and her Guide dog. She wanted a different meal from the menu, but they provided it with no problems. I enjoyed fish and chips. The cafe is friendly and always willing to help. Good prices too!

They are closed at the moment due to Corvid, but are doing a delivery service and I'm having lunch delivered 3 times a week and the food is excellent with plenty of it and very reasonable, although things are difficult, Sharon who delivers it, always...with a smile and a wee chat, I would recommend giving them a try I'm sure you wont be disappointed. This little cafe is our favourite place for breakfast. Everything is cooked to order, so is served hot and fresh - and well cooked. The service is speedy and efficient, and staff are friendly and welcoming. There’s plenty of choice on the menu, and the...prices are very reasonable. We have not eaten lunch here, but have seen lunch being served to other customers and it has looked delicious. Highly recommended!More

Wow! What a great cafe. My family and I were visiting Redruth and were looking for a bite to eat. We came across the Market way cafe and were very impressed by the cooked breakfast we had (not to mention the very reasonable price). The...service was great and the staff extremely friendly. We enjoyed it so much we went back on a later date and equally enjoyed the roast dinner we had for lunch. Would highly recommend anyone to visit this cafe if you are ever in the Redruth area!More
