Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely spot, limited menu as it is a small place with one lady doing it all. But it was perfect for me (meat eater) and mum (vegetarian). Very friendly service. Will defiantly be back.

Popped in for a cup of tea in this little cafe just as the menu board was being written. Ended up having a second with a bowl of delicious home made soup and roll. Great food, great location, friendly staff!

A lovely chance discovery that turned out to be everything you want from a little seaside cafe. Lovely, welcoming staff and gorgeous freshly prepared food. They were also more than happy to adjust menu items to make them gluten free. Overall, the perfect little cafe.

Took the costal path from Perranporth to St Agnes. Visited cafe Q and their hot rolls were very good ( sausage/egg). Had enough room for a scone - again very tasty! Staff very friendly and will definitely return in the future

This is simply the best cream tea in Cornwall! We have now visited this cafe several times, the cream tea is delicious and very reasonably priced. The cafe is in a lovely position, excellent service and a good choice of food and drink. Thank you

Cafe Q is situated on the road from St Agnes to Trevaunance Cove. It is downhill from St Agnes, but needless to say, a somewhat stiff uphill walk back. We popped in here after visiting Driftwood Spars in Trevaunance Cove. I had a large cup...of tea and a huge slice of Victoria sponge, which was delicious. We sat outside and the service was good. £6 for tea and cake.More

Popped in for breakfast. Perhaps the menu is a bit limited but it is a small cafe and what was served was excellent with friendly staff and great coffee.

Visited for breakfast as we had never been before, and love trying new places. Greeted by 3 lovely happy staff members and shown a table. The vibes are great and the music taste is fantastic! Very happy! Menu is quite small…if you’re looking for a...fry up, here is not for you! Luckily we enjoyed everything they offered 😊 We had the avo toast and added a fried egg. It is quite expensive costing £10.75 each. Maybe not best place if you have children! But it was delicious and the presentation was fab. The wait was long considering we were the 2nd people to order, but we didn’t mind. They only have 1 person cooking/1 small kitchen so it’s expected! The coffee is delicious we ended up having 2 rounds 🙈 PS: We arrived at 9am and many tables were reserved so definitely book in advance!More

A lucky find when we visited St Agnes. We had a great family lunch outside in the Autumn sunshine during half term. A real sun trap. The food was delicious and home-made, we were made very welcome and were well looked after...and there was a...nice clean toilet. Look forward to visiting again.More
