Arrived on a Saturday night in late November, had not pre-booked, restaurant was half empty so no problem getting a table for two, food was fairly tasteless & bland, took 35 minutes between starter & main meal, very slow and no apology! People on a nearby table asked for a jug of water, 30 minutes later they still hadn't received... More

My partner and I visited this restaurant while on holiday in Cornwall recently. We found this restaurant by chance. The food was great and the staff were friendly and very professional. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. We would go back anytime.

I've just re-read my review for Eastern Paradise of two and a half years ago, having not been here since...because I was living away. Everything I wrote on that occasion was just as apt this evening...the food, the service, the Cobra. Lamb Tikka Mosommon was sublime, following a wonderful mixed kebab starter. All those with me were just as delighted;... More

I always order food from here and am seldom disappointed. I like my food super-hot and order my favourite Chicken Phall - hottest you can get. Other places I've tried don't have the flavour. From EP, the Phall is always flavoursome as well as hot enough to melt through iron. The food is fresh, delicious, service is excellent. The place... More

Not eaten indian for a few months as the last couple of takeaways i had eaten were not great. The takeaways were from different local indian restaurants. My girlfriend and i ate at eastern paradise for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We ate in the restaurant and were welcomed warmly even though we had not made a... More

First time at this restaurant for a birthday dinner, visiting after reading very positive reviews. We're given a good table to start, but then the young waiter that served us was very rude, messed up our drinks order more than once and did not apologise. Make sure if you would like cobra beer you ask VERY clearly!! Food arrived and... More

Had a takeaway for 3, 2 of whom were uncertain they would like the food as they have very limited experience of Indian food. We had Lamb saag, chicken Korma, chicken Balti, rice, chickpeas, saag aloo, poppadums the size of the plate and it was all delicious. The portions are large, the food wasn't too oily and we are planning... More

Mid week in September you would not expect such a good meal in the south west. The food was full of flavour and substantial in size. The staff took care to cater for our oldest pensioner and our two year old. Do not miss this first rate restaurant.

We are a small family run business established in 1996. Our emphasis is always on freshly cooked quality cuisines. We have a very extensive takeaway and dining in Indian food from the many regions of India and Bangladesh. These dishes are from the sources of true Indian and Bangladeshi food - the gourmet homes, the fine Indian maharaja's palaces and the streets of the regions, prepared by our chef who has over 30 years' experience. As well as proving traditional dishes our unique Chef special dishes cater for both beginner and veterans of curry lovers. We use freshly herbs and spices to ensure best possible taste for any dish.We always provide you with the highest, quality Indian and Bangladesh cuisine. We are a restaurant, takeaway collection and delivery. We also cater for small or large parties, wedding functions and other occasions that require catering services. It is not always necessery to book to dine in our restaurant. Our dishes include: chicken, lamb, duck, prawns, king prawn and vegetable. Majority of Indian cooking is designed for vegetarians as most Indians do not eat meat due to religious and cultural reasons. You are the forefront of all our decision making process and we thrive on your constructive comments, feedback and criticisms. Please do not hesitate to contact us. The spiciness and heat level of our curries are turned down to meet local market. If you would like your dish to be extra spicy, hot or mild please let us know. We will produce the dish specific to your own taste. We have various offers and promotions throughout the week and we have loyalty schemes for our repeat customers which gives discounts on both dining in and takeaway.
