Really disappointed been here a few times last night was the worst time yet. Ordered Lamb madras Butter chicken Chips Samosas Peshwari naan Garlic naan Keema rice And onion bhajis. My partners samosas was practically the pastry and was chewy. My onion bhajis were dry...and chewy. Half of my lamb madras was spilled in the bag and was cold. My partners butter chicken had half of my madras in it so he couldn't eat it. Chips were cold. The only warm thing there was the naan breads. Delivery driver was also very rude on the phone to me when trying to find our address. Called up to tell them what happened a man answered he offered me 2 choices to send out another one (lamb madras) or a percentage off the next time I ordered. I explained to him that there's not point sending me another madras out due to food already getting cold and I won't be ordering again so would like a refund just on the 2 curry's as they were completely ruined and could not eat them. He said when his supervisor is back he would give me a call to authorise this. He did give me a call back but the refund did not work, he then said he'll have to sort this out with his supervisor and he'll give me a call back again. That call did not happen and im not being unfair to ask for the money back when the chicken nor lamb was edible. The man on the phone was very polite and had great customer service skills, its a shame that the woman delivering was extremely rude and the food was terrible.More
