Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent! Went for bottomless brunch. Could not be more amenable. Kept topped up with drinks. The food was amazing. Kim + Faith were lovely + could not do enough.

Delightful, helpful service. Great food and good for gluten free since my wife is a Coeliac. Cowboy Beans rule!

We regularly visit Moustache Jacks for a lunch time treat as a family. Last Friday was no different to our other visits but I’ve just never taken the time to review. Friendly, welcoming young man serving, great food and drinks. Would recommend to anyone.

Best burgers for miles in a lovely place with good service. Good atmosphere and music and furnishings. I don’t get impressed much with the local eateries. Took my dad here after ten pin bowling for his birthday as it’s near and I’d heard good reviews....So nice to be able to eat outside of the 12-2 time as many others pubs do. Really lovely menu Available all day until 3. Home made burgers using local Produce . Amazing ice cream milkshakes and smoothies made from scratch . Quick service by friendly people and very reasonable prices . We will be back . Thanks m jacksMore

Ordered two simple burgers which were delivered by Deliveroo. Upon receiving order discovered both burgers to be raw in the middle, visibly uncooked. Sent email to business owner who was totally uninterested, seemed more intent in passing me over to Deliveroo for any refund, calls...into question are they really bothered about food quality and reputation...More

Great burgers, which where excellent value for money. We wanted a quick lunch and TripAdvisor suggested Moustache Jacks. Ten minutes walk from St Austell station.

Popped in for late morning coffee and a snack. Greeted warmly and our dog was also welcomed inside on the hard floor area. We chose a sausage sandwich, bacon sandwich and 2 x cappuccino. The food was delicious with amazingly fresh and tasty bread and...local produce from the town's butcher. The service was friendly and efficient. Facilities were very clean. Would highly recommend.More

Went in for a bite to eat for lunch, was welcomed with a warm smile from a lovely lady that sat us down and took our order. Drinks came quick and food was amazing. I had the pulled pork toastie and wow the bread is...thick and lots of filling which in other establishments you don’t get a lot. Would definitely recommendMore

I was down visiting my son and family and was taken to Moustache Jack's for a burger. I live between Leeds and Sheffield , both massive cities with numerous burger joints advertising amazing burgers most of which don't really get near the quality that the...description suggests. To be truthful I was expecting the same but WOW not a chance. These burgers were amazing. Succulent, tender with amazing flavour all backed up with great sweet potato fries and coleslaw . Oh, and the chipotle mayonnaise, stunning. I had the Rebel along with my son, my grandson the Sticky Maple and my daughter in law the Sticky Korean. We were all blown away by the quality and taste. Al this alongside a great friendly serving team. I'm so looking forward to visiting again when I'm down in September. If I lived in St Austell again I'd be there every week. Thanks for an amazing food experience.More

Pretty average food for nearly twice the price of other places.. Service was ok but just can't justify spending so much when I can get the same quality for half the price elsewhere..

Found through a Trip Advisor recommendation and we’re not disappointed. Went after a long day travelling, busy place full of groups heading out for the evening. Simple and straight forward menu - good value and served really quickly. Thanks for a great evening.

We had to try this place for lunch whilst shopping in St Austell. Slightly disappointed that the street burger menu is evening only but was definitely not disappointed with the toasties. Extra thick cut granary bread bursting with chilli or pulled pork and loads of...melted cheese. Best toastie had in a long while. Lovely decor and clean and friendly.More

We only popped in for a light lunch, but were mightily impressed. All the food was really fresh & the hot chocolate was yummy. The guy that served (who was probably the owner) was really friendly and I loved the motorbike / Sons of Anarchy.../ Americana decor. Next time I’m in St Austell I’ll be sure to check out his selection of wines.More
