We popped into Polpeor Café after a walk down to Lizard Point during a family holiday this Easter. A friend had recommended the donuts with strawberry jam and Cornish clotted cream and they certainly didn't disappoint. The donut was warm and the cream was incredible,...More

I walked from Porthleven and it was great to have wholesome cod and chips. It was busy as it was sunny. Friendly staff and wonderful food and a cuppa

We visited polpeor cafe with family. After parking in the lizard village it’s not too far a walk down to the lizard point. Beautiful sea views all the way down. The cafe is small but the terrace is amazing. On the cliff edge with spectacular...More

Amazing views from this cafe situated at the most southerly point on mainland Britain. We enjoyed a delicious cream tea served by friendly staff.

The most Southerly cafe in the UK is definitely worth a visit. We visited as a family of 5 and although it was busy, the waiter told us how long it would be before he came to us and he kept to his word. We...More

Went here today and was lovely. They have a lovely location and everything was perfect. A lot of places when they are in such a lovely location would just go through the motions and overcharge and skimp in quality. The Polpeor does not do that,...More

We always have to come here when we come to Cornwall on holiday. Our favourite cafe ever. Views are to die for and the food is fab. I’ve only ever had the crab cakes

Yes, we took our Dog in but with the fine weather we sat outside the main area which most people do. They are very civilised, relaxed and friendly here in fact there are Doggie drinking bowls around.

I'm not sure sorry it is quite a while since I visited and I'm not local. As far as I am aware they are open all year round. And if I remember rightly only open till about 4pm.
