What a meal! What a menu! Everything about this dining experience was perfect. The location, the staff, the menu and the exceptional food! We had to come back twice in 48 hours! Of course being seafood, the menu isn't cheap. But for what it's worth, it is just perfect. Seafood platter 👌🏼 Definitely recommend.

Food was ok but portion size (breakfast) was small. And the view is ruined by the car park. Handy for beach but that's all.

This is an excellent little restaurant we enjoyed superb seafood and beautiful gnocchi dish. The confit garlic bread was to die for! Great to sit so close to the beach listening to the waves and people watching.

On a recent trip to Byron Bay we knew we had to try Fishheads after a recommendation from a friend. It was amazing. We shared an entree and the mixed grill for main. It was plenty of food and the seafood was delicious and cooked well. I highly recommend it.

Visited Fish Head out of the blue for lunch and really had a awesome time. Me and my partner had the seafood platter and it was probably one of the best we've had yet. The service was awesome and the cocktails were great. Will definitely come back here again.

how can you knock back fish and chips on the beach? While I felt it was over priced for your average fish and chip store, the fish and chips were good (although I was not super keen on the fish batter) but it's the location of this venue that will have you going back just meters from main beach 🌊

We had a large group and were met by friendly staff. I chose the the beef and reef and it came with 2 small lobster halves. I quite enjoyed my meal however my husband had the fish of the day and it really had no flavour at all. A bottle of wine was $40!! We spent $130 for 2 main... More

The food was amazing we had the seared tuna and the pan fried prawns for entree followed by the special the blue eyed cod with mango and coconut rice and the seafood linguinie in lemon butter sauce. All dishes were amazing and we did not leave anything on the plates. The staff were polite and friendly Highly recommend !

Overpriced fish shop. Meals reasonable, no large serve. Big price but not silver service. Service o.k. Would look elsewhere next trip.

Thank Geoff M
