We chose street side dining for a light lunch. Delightful friendly staff. The Yakitori is a perfect light snack. Followed by tempura prawns and vegetables topped it off nicely. Would definitely come back as the food is delicious and the staff smiling

We came here ad hoc for dinner and were seated to the smallest table a have seen for a while. The service was good and attentive. We both went to salmon dishes: the salad worked well but the sesame salmon was too salty and lacked a bit of other seasoning. All in all, a good dinner though.

Always very busy as it's such good food but plenty of staff so it's always quick and attentive. Always love a sushi train and they have plenty of different options.

Ok food and nothing special. Didn't have any sashimi tuna or kingfish when we visited which hurt there menu. Order the chicken curry and got something I didn't really expect. Still pretty tasty though. Tight seating but tough hard working staff. I wouldn't say this is a negative review but I had high hopes for this place.

Good Japanese offering sushi train or a la carte - not cheap but Japanese never is! Kids loved the sushi train and it was a fun and quick option for lunch on a hot afternoon.

first of all, if i see a sushi train i'm put off immediately. although i'd already checked the menu on line and it all sounded so good. we had the edamame, tempura halloumi, chicken karage, sashimi, and the seared tuna salad. everything and i mean everything was amazing! this probably the only 5 i'll ever give and it was purely... Yum. We stopped in and shared a nice bottle of NZ white and shared some king fish carpaccio which was absolutely Devine! We also shared a dragon roll! This was all so delicious. A really cool four piece Spanish style guitar band were playing right outside which made for a really cool vibe. Loved this place. Will be back.

We dropped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. Good range to choose from off the sushi train, with also good menu if you wish to order from kitchen. When in Byron we would eat here regularly. Friendly attentive staff and fresh food, reasonable pricing. Great place would highly recommend.

This is my friends favorite Japanese place in Byron. We walked in high expectations, and we were not disappointed. The entrees were great, the sake delicious, even though the ingredients were exhausted early on. Would have loved to try the fish of the day, but had to settle for the tuna tartare salad. PS the chicken curry gave me food... More
