We had a late afternoon tea here on holiday. The gluten free brownie was tasty and the coffee was strong with depth. The interior was a little dark and cool.

This was a pretty nice surprise. The coffee was great, however, we ordered Chats with the lot. One of the best Potato meals that we have experienced. The Chats were done perfectly with bacon, parmesan, sour cream, onions, and chilli sauce. It was to be a snack but it turned into our lunch, so generous was the serving. Service was... More

Highly disappointing and embarrassing to the friend who had talked this venue up prior to our visit for breakfast. After a long wait one friend received his smoothie, soon followed by his meal and that of our other friend. After meals were eaten, second friend's smoothly arrived... all the while my juice and meal were missing. 20 minutes after my... More

Had a breakfast at the Cafe Vulcan again this morning, after checking out other trip advisor recommendations - we found the breakfast was very generous and cooked to perfection along with being served in a timely manner!! The price was reasonable and we we will be back!! The coffees were generous and delivered as full cups, unlike some other establishments... More

After a disastrous meal of fish and chips we decided to try our luck in Moruya again with coffee and scones at the Vulcan cafe. Well, what a lovely surprise. The scones are made on the premises and are light and tasty and come with raspberry jam and fresh cream. My only comment would be to put the jam and... More

My friend and I ordered from the breakfast menu and weren't disappointed. Big portions and big taste. Definitely returning!

My husband and I have eaten at this cafe previously and it was good so thought we would visit again for breakfast this morning. Big mistake. We ordered the big breaky and the steak that was served with our meal was off. Both mine and my husbands - we didn't eat it. My scrambled eggs were undercooked - I didn't... More

We popped in for a late lunch and ordered the battered fish and chips, and the Vulcan Burger. The burger was awesome - though typical Aussie burger with a fried egg and beetroot sliced on it - very tasty! However, the battered flathead had one single small thin piece of fish with some fired shrimp and calamari rings...on top of... More

Birthday breakfast venue for 8 - 4 adults & 4 kids. The coffee was very good & the food was excellent. We had pancakes, the bacon & egg roll, traditional bacon & eggs, eggs benedict & smashed avocado. The service was great. Would have no hesitation in coming back.

One of my favourite places to visit for great coffee, food (breakfasts are awesome) and friendly and efficient service. Located in a old bank building, you have high ceilings, lovely decor (the painting lent up against the wall is a real talking point) and can pretty much always be assured of a seat!
