Went here on a Saturday night, very quiet. No other customers. $11 for 6 pieces of cocktail fish, which were cooked well. The chips is what was most disappointing- $7 for a medium, super small serve, not cooked properly- worst chips we have ever had. Sauce is $2.5!! Again very average. Terrible customer service, no recommendations- clearly not happy to... More

Ordered Kids Fish and Chips. Bbq seafood plate for 1 and a piece of grilld Blue Eyed Cod. Plenty of food to feed 2 adults and a child. Great flavours. Highly recommend.

Went there for lunch and shared the "Family Feast". Lovely calamari but the fish was mushy and tasteless. Potato scallops were awful with one tasting as if the potato had fermented. Chips were OK. Too expensive for the way we felt afterwards.

Looked great. Busy and looked like the place to go. Grilled Barra was small for the price and drowned with peppercorns. Salt and pepper squid was horrible. Kids fish tasted rough. However the chips were amazing. And the service was great. BUT we do not like to see the staff smoking as we eat our dinner.

Great fresh seafood. So much to choose from. The Bluewater platter fed all of us. If you buy $50 of seafood from their shop next door you get a free fish n chips!

We went here for Good Friday to get some fresh fish and some chips. (Local people too) We bought over $100 in food and in addition some cooked crab and other fish for dinner. The lunch was terrible and the crab was mushy and disgusting. The fish in the fish bites was also mushy and appeared to have been frozen... More

I admit after seeing the recent reviews, I was apprehensive but decided to give it a go anyway. I had fish and chips for the family and we really enjoyed it. Perhaps we didn't go at a busy time and it was cooked well. The batter was light, fluffy and crispy. Only the chips were a bit overdone. Overall, we... More

Loved this place! Checked this place out from great reviews and word of mouth. Kids loved it so much! Had to return the next day. Fresh with so many options to choose from. Not cheap. But i guess your paying for quality!

We took 2 adults and 5 kids to this awful place. Over $100 and we left half the food. Very oily The fish cocktails were from cheap imported fish. You would expect a seaside town to be much better. My opinion is that you should buy a packet of frozen fish at coles and microwave it!!

My husband and I visited Bubs a few days ago for lunch. We ordered a share seafood platter for 2 which was lovely and fresh however only after we ordered realised the place was not licensed and we could not enjoy a wine with our lunch. Worth visiting.
