This is a country chicken place with lots of frozen stuff to deep fry up. The potato wedges are good but they actually charge extra for ketchup! I ordered a half chicken to eat there. I got it in a bag without even a paper plate. they were very nice but I think you are supposed to take out only.

Kate & her staff are always friendly & welcoming. Chickens are hot & tasty but the hot chips are to die for. Well worth a visit.

We prefer the taste & size of their cooked chooks compared to the supermarkets. Price is mid range and quality is OK.

The chips and gravy are AMAZING. It's hard to believe after all these years that it hasn't changed in tast, quality or value.

This Nowra stalwart has been around for ages, but following the sad death of it's long-term owner, it needs a bit of work to maintain it's reputation. We had chicken from there last week, and it was flavourless. We'll try it again in a few weeks, and hopefully the poor new owners will have sorted out their initial woes.
