Our first experience here several years ago was good. Since then the service has really gone downhill. The last three times we've eaten here we waited for a while at the hostess station while several employees walked by and said nothing, not even "we'll be right with you" or "thanks for your patience" or anything. This most recent time, when... More

Looks like your typical Irish Pub but the food is so much better! Talented and experienced bar staff, great selection of beers and scotches, and the menu that was perfectly executed. We had such a good lunch we returned Sunday for brunch which is not to be missed. Excellent restaurant and pub.

Annie Bailey’s is OK; again I don’t understand why there would ever be a wait. The food is average, priced a little high for the quality and service, beer you can get anywhere else in the city. The suburbanites flock to the place to “experience” an Irish Pub because an Irish Pub cannot exist anywhere outside of an old downtown... More

We have been coming here for about 3 years now. I have introduced 4 other people that I took to dine here to the great food and atmosphere. They all have thoroughly enjoyed it. I was here on Mother's Day 2016 and it seems that the menu has changed a bit. I had the burger with blue cheese and caramelized... More

My waitress was as NOT friendly. Neither was the greeter. Food arrived from a kitchen runner. Cold pork shank. Then we walked around holding my plate looking for someone to rectify my problem. Manager ran right by me. Finally found someone. Now I sit here waiting. Nope the manager never stopped by to apologize. Poor service, poor food, poor rating.... More

Love it, atmosphere is wonderful. although we ate at a table the bar area was outstanding. The dining area was great as well. I would definitely eat there again. the food and beer were more than anticipated.

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants. But this time, the menu seemed to be less extensive, with fewer main entrees offered. The clientele seemed different also. But whatever they are doing, it has increased business significantly. Even the upstairs was packed. Prices are very reasonable, in fact maybe lower than they were before. If you are only... More

The atmosphere here is great! However, at times it was drafty. Our food was very good. This time we both got an entree. We usually get a sandwich or appetizer. Our food was good, however, we thought that our portions were on the smaller size. Our server was so accommodating and friendly. My only real complaint is that there bathrooms... More

A gem in Lancaster City! Went there for the first time today. Food was outstanding. Service was excellent. Prices were great. I was amazed at the size of the fresh salads. Beautiful restaurant. I highly recommend!

Stopped here last week with my wife and daughter when taking her to the Lancaster Amtrak station. It's in town only 10 minutes from the train. So if you've got time to kill this is a great place to hang out before your train comes in. One starter is a cheese steak egg roll which is to die for. They... More

Description
Just a few steps from the newly built Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, you'll find Annie Bailey's Traditional Irish Pub & Restaurant. It is Lancaster's only authentic irish pub and one of the favorite dining destinations in the county. Annie Bailey's is a pub for all ages and has become a staple in downtown Lancaster. We have created an atmosphere that you can meet here for Happy Hour with your co-workers and also bring your family in for dinner on a Saturday evening or Brunch on a Sunday afternoon. The menu offers the traditional Irish Fare as well some modern American cuisine. Our extensive beer selection has earned awards in the county and you'll find some great whiskeys on our shelves. The Pub is modeled in the Victorian Dublin style, which complements the Victorian-era building built in 1890 in which it is housed. This Lancaster landmark was previously occupied by the famous men's clothing store of Sayers, Scheid & Sweeton. The pub was constructed in Carrick on Suir, Co. Waterford and then shipped to Lancaster where it was assembled.
