Really great quality food. 2 course gourmet lunch for £20 each. Narem, our waiter, was wonderful and great fun! Would recommend as a great place for lunch on walk through albury estate.

Our food was below average and very disappointing. It is likely that they are known for their steaks and anything other than that is not very good - that was our experience.

I booked a table at the Percy Arms for a lunchtime family gathering and I was so pleased I did. The food was excellent with generous portions, flavourful and beautifully presented. The service was fast, efficient and polite. We could not have asked for more....Two members of our party had to cancel last minute due to ill health and this was accommodated with no problem at all. In fact, communication throughout the booking was immediate and helpful, which was reassuring for me as I was travelling all the way from Scotland and did not know what to expect.
I will be returning next year and I will look forward to dining at the Percy Arms again.More

Amazing steak! We came here for a celebration dinner and were looked after by our lovely waiter Naren, who showed us to the special cuts of steak. We picked out a delicious Sirloin on the bone and a Porterhouse cut which were Devine! The service...and atmosphere was great. I’m already looking forward to going back for more! Thanks Naren & the Percy Arms for a wonderful evening 🙏More

Very disappointed with our experience. Restaurant was very busy - our table was squeezed in against a dresser between the fire exit and toilets. The dresser was a storage unit and had a range of candles and dusty glassware on it. The food was average...at best and they seemed to only really cater for guests wanting the carvery. Prawn cocktail was £10 and was a struggle to find a few tiny prawns other than the one large prawn in its shell sat on top. Flat iron chicken with lemon and herb was large but was greasy and soaking in garlic. Will not be in a hurry to go back unfortunatelyMore

We decided to give the carvery a go yesterday, I can honestly say this is the worst roast dinner I have had, apart from the meat, the rest of it was awful, frozen anemic cold roast potatoes, dried-out vegetables, and gravy with smokey BBQ sauce...taste, no starters no pudding 2 cokes and 1 wine spritzer, nearly £90, we wont be back sadlyMore

HI Linda,
Thank you for taking the time to review, however it has left us slightly confused.
Our Carvery is freshly prepped every week, from peeling and cutting potatoes, carrots, cabbage, leeks, parsnips to cooking as fresh and comes out as hot as possible. The...More
Went for the entertainment in the garden. Service was very slow but we had a great afternoon.
Our meal in the restaurant was very slow and we had to ask several times if we could order, where our drinks were etc. However the food was...amazing. Great pub, wonderful entertainment, just need more staff for the amount of covers.More

We stayed at the Percey Arms for one night as a little anniversary trip away. Firstly the room was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and they have done such a good job with the space.
Secondly we booked to have a meal in the...restaurant and the food was absoloutly stunning. The service was fantastic and the whole evening was very pleasant. We sat outside for a little while in the evening with some drinks and the only thing we would have liked was some outside heaters but otherwise we could not fault.More

This is a wonderful venue for a celebration gathering. It has a decent selection and variety of delicious food, especially the Sunday roasts which are exceptionally good.
We were a party of 24 and accommodated comfortably in the function room section of the restaurant. It...even had a small nook where the young children could amuse themselves. The manager, Shane, was very helpful in organising the function and accommodating our requirements.
The service was excellent as we were very well looked after by Naren. He was attentive and efficiently looked after our every need. Even his singing was great! In fact he made it a more enjoyable experience.
They have large, well set out, outside areas, both in the open and under cover as well as a play area for children. We can highly recommend Percy Arms for a good meal out and a venue for a function.More

Very busy day, not that they have control of that. Parking was a nightmare. However, eventually managed to park. Then got a table in the garden checked out the menu, sadly very poor if you are a vegetarian. Son went to order and was greeted...by an extremely rude employee, ( he inadvertently forgot the table number) as was told to go away! the time it took to get an order placed and for the food to be produced, would have become too much for a very hungry group so decided it really was not worth the hassle. The staff defiantly did not want the bother (sorry guys that's the joys of catering) So left and certainly will not hurry backMore

We had a one night getaway here. It's located next to a lovely country walk with great views over the Surrey hills and some historical sites en route.
The hotel itself is lovely, part of a pub where the staff are fantastic, Naren in particular...has a warm engaging personality that makes everyone feel welcome. I saw him help a chap on a Zimmer frame, not just to the door, but to his car.
The food has a south African theme and is exceptional. We had lunch and dinner here, all the meals were just exceptional! Highly recommended!!More

The Percy Arms restaurant was recommended to us by a friend who lives locally.
We booked a table for two for a special occasion.
Good attention to detail in our food selections which were traditional English gastropub staples.
The service we received was good with...very attentive waiting staff - apart from some kitchen noises (shouty chef and a loud bell ringing) this was a good first visit.More
