The lunch menu at the Center Avenue location was not as good as the B location Sewickley. The food choices and quality was much better at the Beaver Street location. The soup and sandwich combination was limited at the Center Avenue location. Our choice is Sewickley for the atmosphere a variety of the lunch offerings.

Avenue B is my favorite restauant in Pittsburgh so I've been anxious to try out their little outpost in Sewickley and was able to stop in for lunch. I wasn't exactly prepared for what we found - guess I was expecting more than a small deli-type spot. Not that that's a bad thing, I was just hoping for more luncheon... More

We prefer this location of as compared to Avenue B owned by the same chef. The food is more traditional American type simple ingredients and preparation. The quality of the food justifies the little extra cost for this health oriented offerings.

An easy place to pick up a sandwich or a meal. They have nightly dinner takeout specials. Love the Aronchini and meatloaf

I usually pick up soup or salad to take home. Chicken tortilla soup is good but watch out for cream soups with too much salt. Take home some Brussels sprouts to inspire your dinner. Friendly staff.

We love b gourmet. Great place to grab lunch in the village. Eat in or take out. Soups, sandwiches and all sorts of daily menu items. They also feature nightly dinners to go. Choices like meatloaf, porchetta or pasta. We are lunch fans of the roast beef sandwiches with arugula and crispy onions, the Cobb salad. There is also a... More

B Gourmet offers a plethora of healthy foods and well seasoned alternatives to the normal restaurant offerings. While not a romantic setting or a fancy presentation, the food speaks for itself.

While walking around Sewickley my wife and i were discussing options for a deli, a local overheard us at the stoplight, and offered this place as the best along Beaver St. for soup and sandwich. It was only 2 blocks down, so we went there. It's in a small storefront, they only have 6 tables, plus seating by the window.... More

We have had lunch here on a number of occasions and had the restaurant cater an event for us. Their catering services are excellent and the food was terrific. The owners are great and very accommodating about menu options and choices for the kind of event we were having. Will use them again for one of our large parties.
