Our daughter loves in Wayne and recommended this place. Definitely a place you won't find without looking but it's worth the effort. Menu is not large, but the food and portions are good and prices are great! The place is a step back in time. When you walk in there is a grill in front with counter seating and then... More

Real long story how we even ended up in this town, but let me say that it was a true blessing to find Joe's next to the Church which was next to the BP gas station, which is how got there in the first place...but I digress. This place is the ultimate greasy spoon. Completely unpretentious, and old old old.... More

For over 40 years and still going strong! Great sandwiches for all. Cheese steaks the way they were meant to be - NO Cheez Wiz! Great selection of sandwiches for everyone.

Joes has been around since they invented dirt! Most of the customers al locals and they know a good thing. This isn't fine dining by any stretch of the imagination, but it is good, wholesome food and reasonable prices. Sure the décor is enclitic but that's part of the fun. Paper plates, paper towels, and plastic utensils what could be... More

This is probably the best place in Wayne it is one of my favorite places to go. I don't know why it has bad reviews people must not know what they are talking about. The food is made the same way it was when it opened a long time ago. It is great to go in to get breakfast or... More

One member of our party of four thought the dining room was dirty to the point of being disgusting. I don't know whether I'd go that far, but it is certainly under-lit and "lived in". Service was dreadful: Our waitress coughed incessantly over our table, threw the plastic tableware onto the table. The food was greasy and poor. Let me... More

Nothing fancy here in this down to earth little local breakfast and lunch place on Lancaster Ave. in Wayne, PA. Neighborhood folks and business people have been coming here for years to sample the down-home breakfasts, grilled sandwiches, deli-faire, burgers, cheesesteaks and the like. The grill is well seasoned over time and the grill master was a virtuoso at getting... More

This area has its share of diners, most are just OK, a few stand out as a little better, but still not great, and everyone has a preference. But, when one of our friends recommended Joe's we thought, 'oh ya, that dive on Rte, 30 in Wayne.' They really sold it up...so, we tried it....and were very, very happy. It's... More

I've been going to Joe's Place since I was in high school. Super affordable and so yummy. Yes the interior is covered in College Caps, posters, news articles, and postcards from patrons - but thats one of the things that makes it so great. Yes isn't a local stop, but I see that as a positive statement. There is no... More

So there's the McMuffin and every possible variation. But only at Joe's Place do they know how to make a breakfast sandwich that fills an Italian roll - large or small - with a little left over. Egg, choice of cheese and/or meat, fried onions, sweet and/or hot peppers - what you want all prepared fresh on the grill. And... More
